Location and setting of the hotel is really good, dinner was excellent.

The breakfast service was OK, it was concerning to see flies on the food on the buffet table. I did mention this to the staff and suggest that they get some fly fans, they indicated that this is available, but they did not put these on the tables despite my concern. Breakfast service was also quite slow, I had to get up to fetch milk from the bar after my coffee was brought to the table.

Amazing location right near the Waterfront with easy access. The hotel is attached to the Queen Victoria so you get to use all their shared facilities and have amazing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful with booking attractions and providing suggestions.

The location, service , and room was excellent. Separate sleeping, bath, and sitting areas. The bathroom and walk in shower was very large. My husband was able to use the separate sitting area at night to surf the internet and not disturb my sleep. We felt safe with the security guard presence in the courtyard when we returned from the V&A Waterfront at nights.

The WI-FI was unsecured with no password. Would be nice to add a layer of security.

Beautiful suites, very spacious! Amazing location! Staff is super friendly and welcoming! Everyone really tried their best to make us feel taken care of!

All the staff were so very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had. Nothing was too much bother. The Manor House is just lovely and we will certainly be back. We have travelled to many countries but I can say hand on heart that we’ve never had such a wonderful welcome as this.

Exceptionally friendly staff, great location and beautiful views. Rooms are spacious and beautiful, Manor House even nicer than hotel. The turndown in the main hotel was special and better than in the Manor House.

The pillows in the Manor House were horrible. Not the same problem in main hotel.

Superbly located for the V&A Waterfront. Very comfortable junior suite which with a very large bathroom. Breakfast had everything you could want with a choice of buffet or hot breakfast. All the staff were very engaging and helpful.

There is not a lot to dislike about this hotel.

The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. I was sad to leave them. Llewelyn was especially great, as was the bartender No More. I world like to again say thank you to them snd to everyone else!

This is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and efficient, the service impeccable, and the breakfast delicious.

Our stay could not have been better.

The rooms are very comfortable and enough space. View is good. Restaurant is very good and bar is a good place for a drink.

Our bath was leaking and after mentioning it was not solved. One major bottle neck was the amount of warm water. 3/4 day we had only cold water for showering…
