It was in a great location on the waterfront with great views of Table Mountain.Really good choice for breakfast & really enjoyed the Rooftop area with splash pool.All the staff were very welcoming & provided great service

There was no shaver socket in the bathroom & you could not dim the room thermostat display as I am a light sleeper Also,the music volume on the rooftop bar was too loud as it was difficult to talk across a table during the day.Music should be a lower background in the daytime Most hotels offer a daily bottle of water,but this wasn’t provided at this hotel,the little touches make all the difference Finally,it would be helpful to have bedside drawers for storing underwear & any other small items

Breakfast we had only for my wife last day before we left it was ok but the coffee we ordered took a long time. Location no question about it top location. Rooms first we were in anormal room too small and after two nights they gave us a better room view on Lion's Head and Table Mountain same as last year (since we have been coming now for the 3 rd time) and already booked for next year same dates.

Not much just those magnetic cards had to go back 5 times during my stay to have them fixed since could not go on elevator nor my room other than that all top.

Amazing stay with Red Radisson. Staff and location are amazing!! Perfection..i had very quiet standard room, with no view, but i didnt mind as i was barely in the room..also consierge Lauriel was extremely helpful and nice and the wine tour and airport transfer i booked through her was great ..breakfast is also very nice..bed very comfortable.. Only thing was that AC seemed weak and couldnt cool below 24 degrees, for some reason, maybe i had wrong setting..i will definetely be back if i return to cape town..

Amazing experience in a Family Room at the Radisson Red. Great staff also loved the roof top bar view, cocktails and bar menu . Well appointed Family room with bunk beds and individual kids tvs and earphones and activity packs was fantastic. Wonderful view of table mountain from our room and it is in a very central location to the waterfront.

The breakfast buffet /a la carte options were not quite aligned to standard for hotel of that class.

Staff was excellent! Very courteous and accommodating for everything. Made sure of our safety. Beds were nice and comfortable for my back. Toilets had low wastage bottled toilettries. They were very nice about bringing milk for my kids early morning, as a pre breakfast drink. I would recommend staying here.

The room was supposed to be Table Mountrain View, but the mountain view was on the side and you had to strain your neck. Room layout was a bit weird as I kept banging into the light. The roof area was dingy and not made properly.

The property is central, easy access and walking distance from V&A. The staff are very welcoming and always smiling at the service of clients. It is clean and they offer welcome drinks as well as popcorn and candy. The pop corn and candy booth is free and open all day. You can also have refreshing flavored water with fruits all day long. Breakfast is available and offers a wide variety of options. The room was perfect with view on the table mountain. The room was large, lit during the day with large windows, and for the night the blackouts work perfectly.

While the vibrant red color scheme of the hotel's interior may not have been to my personal taste, I must admit it does stand out against the surrounding backdrop. However, for those who don't mind the bold color palette, the hotel offers a perfect option for staying in Cape Town. Its central location, coupled with the majestic views and convenient access to the waterfront area, make it a compelling choice for travelers.

The menu is very poor and, in my opinion, should have more options of more common food like hamburgers, soups, etc... there is no power outlet in the bathroom so there is no way to use the hair dryer or any other appliance and look in the mirror. The mini bar is maintained OFF while not allocated to a guest for power saving, what I believe is good, but it is not filled during your stay. There is water to drink and the guest has to ask for water all the time, which they bring in small bottles with 200 ml only.

Booked this hotel for the location in the V&A Waterfront and it is an ideal location for first time visitors to Cape Town. You can walk around this are safely and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions. The hotel is modern and the staff helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and we were upgraded to one with a balcony overlooking the waterfront. Breakfast was included and excellent. Plenty of options for vegans.

Housekeeping could be better. I've never spent so much time on the phone asking for housekeeping to do things. On the other hand, they reponded really quickly so not a major issue. I would prefer my room was cleaned and clean towels placed without having to keep asking though. The room service menu could be improved. Only one vegan option, the plant based burger isn't that nice and it's a boring option. The breakfast menu has several items that could be added to room service to improve this.

We were so glad that staff (Queen, who is amazing by the way) was able to put us in the mountain view family room. What an amazing amazing view! Every morning, your knowledgeable and friendly staff made us feel at home in Oui restaurant and the short walk to the V&A attractions and shops was so convenient. We will be telling everyone about this gem of a hotel.

The pool is more decorative than practical :( also a shower up there in the lockers would have been useful.
