I particularly like the location and the streets bordering it. I am very particular with cleanliness. I got a change of clean towels every day. I also enjoyed the breakfast variety. Most of the other guests kept to themselves. I know I'll miss my Brazilian roommate. She was the friendliest person in that whole facility. This experience has made me consider coming back to visit Capetown.

I don't know if it's just me or that I noticed the whites were given preference over other races. Either that or if you have an elite accent the reception is much better. Other than that, everything else was superb.

Clean, fun vibely place. I stayed in the cubicle dorm, which was great, but the sleep pods don't have doors, so ear plugs are best because there is aklways a sorer around, but damned good value for money!

It is a good choice regarding cost benefit. Location is good but apart from the noisy chaos during night time. Beds are comfortable and there is choices for breakfast. Simple breakfast but worth the price. Two power sockets near the individual light and a storage space on each bed, and they have the South African and the European type of sockets, which helps a lot. There is a water fountain on 2nd floor which is helpful. Shower is really good too.

The only thing is they do not have elevators. So if you're on 3rd floor, will have a bit of exercise to do. But this does not compromises the experience at all.

The cleaning was daily. The room was big and the bathroom was good too. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is very good, next to Long Street, which is very good for restaurants and coffee shops.

Breakfast was limited to 5 different options and it was not buffet, sometimes it took a lot to order as there are a lot of big groups. The lobby is very noisy in the evening as is the meeting point of big groups of young students. Internet was not very good in the rooms. Not very good if you want to have a call or chill on your own.

Staff was friendly and polite and place we visited was close by

The parking for your vehicle was major problem vehicle must park in street or pay for parking at some other building which we pay for my vehicle to be save.

91 Loop is located on Loop Street in the CBD making it a very central location. We could easily access everything from dining locations to supermarkets, attractions and MyCiti Bus stations and terminals. It took until day 3 of our 7-day stay for them to properly explain to us that we were entitled to a free specialty coffee each morning because we were staying in a private room so make sure to take advantage of this offer! Otherwise, the staff was fantastic and made our stay really memorable. This was my second time in 6months staying at 91 Loop and I will definitely be returning when I'm back in Cape Town!

some events can happen karaoke at night which totally destroyed our sleep. complaining didn’t help In the evening homeless people can simply enter and walk around the lounge asking for money or food if you sleep on the upper bed, your feet will be destroyed by metal stairs

it's my second time in this place and what i love and made me return is the location and affordability, was hoping for the free breakfast but however to make it continue being affordable they had to take free breakfast out, but i still got to enjoy the free coffee and juice that is offered. their orange juice is out of this world,

we had a leaking shower, that was really uncomfortable, also some house keepers were really doing their jobs cleaning whilst some took advantage of live guests which again was disappointing to me. I can't stress this enough HOUSEKEEPING PLEASE DO YOUR WORK. and hats off to those who made sure our rooms were clean, y'all are really appreciated.

Centrally located. Close to tourist info center, hop on hop off bus and at least 6 good restaurants.

Maybe explain better the breakfast situation as I went to the wrong side and had to pay anyhow. Too many beggars bothering hostilers. Go bother rich people at a Hilton not hostelers.
