check in is so easy and the staff are consistently professional and helpful. From the front person at the doors, to the ladies who clean, the bartending staff and the reception staff..... all professional and helpful. the breakfast and kitchen staff are phenomenal and food is always consistently tasty. The hotel room andn facilities are clean. THe little gym and rooftop space is just perfect when you want to relax at the hotel. We always enjoy a drink or two at the bar. Cannot wait for our next visit.

i cant think of anything really but perhaps a bar fridge or manual fan as the aircon is noisy and one doesnt alwahs wantn to use it.

From the moment I arrived at the Hotel until I checked out everything was absolutely amazing. Meeting me at the entrance was Patrick, who then assisted with my luggage. Took me to reception where I was given my key card. If I can remember at reception the gentleman is Hilton, who was so professional. I needed a little bar fridge to keep my insulin in. With no hesitation one was delivered to my room in no time. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The restaurant and kitchen staff were delightful so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely rate your location 💯% and share my experience with everyone who are looking for accommodation in your location. Thank you Onomo Staff your are awesome ♥️

Starting from booking everything was smooth despite booking for 24 people. not forgetting Lizette s help.She is so patient with customers.Hotel cleanliness is supper, beds comfortable, linnen supper clean, House keeping excellent you call they bring in minutes with a smile. Keep it up ladies and gents. Breakfast on point. I also like the location of the hotel. It's central you get everything you need within reach. No struggle to get transport to move around. Management team keep up the good work.

My friends didn't like the fridge issue. I feel you don't have to request for a fridge. I think each room needs a bar fridge. If you can also organize just ONE micro wave, put it in a specific corner for that one person who needs to warm her take away.

The hotel is in an art deco building overlooking a square with a permanent day market, which means it's always buzzing. The location is superb, allowing you to explore easily - District Six Museum & the Castel are a 10 minute walk, the Hop On Hop Off Bus stop is on your doorstep, there are shops, cafes and all the CBD has to offer within minutes. You can even walk to the V&A in approx. 15 minutes. Staff are the best - friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The room was well maintained, breakfast included an omelette station and a wide selection of pastries, fruit, sausages, beans, bread etc.

It was cold when I stayed and the heater in the room didn't appear to work.

The stuff was so helpful in everything, from check in to checkout. These people know how to handle and assist customers. They made sure whatever we needed was provided in time and with a smile. Hotel location was perfect, very close to everything around the CBD. We would take walks and come back still fresh

As much as the breakfast is but it serves same food almost every day. Spent 12 days but had to eat almost the same thing every day.

I saw the reviews about the breakfast before I booked, and I must say it was amazing. I iniitially booked for one night purely because of the location. I found myself extending for 3 more nights. The centrality of this hotel makes it a gem. It's close to almost everything you need with Long street just behind, and the pick up point for sight seeing just a minute's walk on the corner of long street and long market.. It's surprisingly quiet despite the market be very close. Kudos to the staff, from the front office staff, restaurant, bar, security and potters they were all genuinely helpful at all times. Good value for money! 😊

The bathroom was small and cramped. I had to squeeze myself out each time. Toilet seat way too close to the door, if you're 6'5 you'll definely hate it. Airconding worked fine but was a bit noisy. Needs to replaced with a modern unit. Old tvs with limited Dstv channels. A smart TV should be standard in 2023.

It was a quick turnaround for us with a late evening flight arrival, meant it was just a matter of a few hours to shower & bed to then check out again. Unfortunately the Lady on desk at reception checked if it was possible for us to leave luggage in room & stay abit longer as was due to catch another flight that next day... but sadly nothing was available. Thankfully we were able to grab some breakfast and leave our luggage safely in storage whilst we watched some fresh air outside before departing again to get another flight.

It was good value for money , and I appreciated the manner you handle complaints, you are so effective and I really felt at home away from home. Besides some staff members failing you as your ambassadors I wouldn't take away the overall stay which was very good and I have definitely started recommending your hotel to my family and friends. A big thank you to the reception ladies who were awesome and very welcoming and the staff at the entrance and the lady who intervened in my matter and sorted it out. Keep up the good work.

The manner in which some of your staff members are treated me, particularly the lady called Amahle, the maintenance guy who was working night shift on Saturday and the chef was just not a friendly person towards me and I assumed she inherited the treatment I got from Amahle as I saw them together after I reported her and going to the eat breakfast was just not so pleasant because of her

Not in a safe area, even walking just 1 block staff said it's not safe, on a few occasions they did come with me to the establishment for safety. A lot of hassling from beggars and market vendors.
