Almost everything, the way the rooms are designed, the cleanliness and the standard of service ofcoz....oh yeah the privacy and peace Of Mind....

There was only one thing I didn't like, that is when me & my fiancé booked a room ,there were extras that were included including a bottle of wine, which we were not offered until we went down stairs and asked for it. I mean not to be fool of my self or anything like that, it was suppose to be offered with the key coz it's there. The level of professionalism was kind of low to me, what if we never asked for it, obviously we were not gonna get it. Bottom line is we got it in the end, please just train your staff to be professional enough that those things don't happen. Thank you

Good location for bars, cafés, restaurants and Bree Street and Bo Kaap and only a few minutes drive to the Waterfront. We booked a 2 bedroom suite which had en-suite bathrooms and a central lounge / kitchen area. It was clean and spacious. The small roof top bar and plunge pool was a good place to spend a little time. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The only air conditioning unit was in the lounge and the bedrooms would have benefited with air conditioning units or a ceiling fan.

I had a delightful stay at The Trade Boutique Hotel. The property exudes a modern yet cozy charm, with beautifully designed interiors that balance luxury and comfort. The staff was exceptionally attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The hotel’s central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and dining options. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh and delicious choices. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a refined and memorable stay!

The bar across the road had party all of Thursday and Friday nights, spoiling an otherwise excellent stay

The decor and vibe of the hotel is truly what makes it stand out. The rooftop bar will be so much more fun when they are fully serviced.

The rooftop bar is not fully functioning as yet and there are no full length mirrors in the rooms.

the location is great and it was comfortable to have a kitchen / cooking facilities in the room. the staff were really friendly and the room clean.

the bathroom was a bit small with no option to put your stuff (hooks would have been good or more space to place your things near the sink). there’s a construction site nearby, which was a bit loud at times and it was very odd to face a parking garage, so the view was definitely not spectacular from our room (207). It’d be great to have a few more vegan options at breakfast or more variety in general. we stayed there a whole week and definitely knew the breakfast by heart after a few days.

The hotel has an awesome style and is completely new, everything is brand spankin clean and the breakfast is delicious with very sweet staff working there. We loved it!

The location is great, centrally located and walking distance from most sites. Easy to get a Uber also if needed. Being central, the hotel is consequently near many clubs so it can get noisy but the soundproof in the room is quite good so the noise is minimal. I was very busy visiting/exploring all day so falling asleep hasn't been an issue at all as I was tired. Very cute rooms, neither big nor small, everything is at its place. It's a new hotel so it's all sparkling clean and modern. The rooftop is nice, staff very friendly. I was finding little treats everyday in the room which is a very nice gesture, bottles of water refilled everyday.

There's no safe in the room AT THE MOMENT, they'll have some very soon as they've been ordered so it shouldn't be an issue for the next guests.

Jerome at the front desk made me feel welcomed and got me checked in quickly . The room was incredibly comfortable and really spacious compared to many properties in CT. I loved that it had a sofa , allowing me Netflix and chill on the nights I didn’t want to head out. Large Kitchenette area, bottled water daily, cozy and comfy bed with crisp linens really made for a wonderful stay. Would definitely book again.

No place to put my make up and toiletries in the bathroom area where the lighting was the best. I would recommend a small vanity in the bathroom area or even just some kind of shelving and a large mirror not in the closet but rather on the side of it. Missing an iron and ironing board. House keeping needs to be a bit more thorough in the bathroom and once towels are placed on the floor do not put them back and so haphazardly.

It's a lovely boutique hotel with a good location. Decor is very quirky and lovely. Bed was comfortable and bedding good quality and comfortable. Lovely colours used in rooms and very clean. Good block out for city night lights. Lively bar on rooftop with nice views. Staff was friendly and helpful and it'd good value for money.

It's not indicated clearly that you have to book a safe parking spot and pay for it. They did however help us to park the car in a safe spot with 24 hour security.
