Location was very good. The one staff member DJ was excellent, he really went out of his way to assist us.

When we checked in, we were told at reception they didn't have enough key cards, so we had to ask the security to open our room everytime we went out. It really made me feel very uncomfortable In our room there was only one towel, when I phoned reception the lady said unfortunately they don't have more, they could only give me another towel in the morning, I insisted that we are two people and that we shower at night and that we need another towel. DJ then came to our room with another towel. Is it not possible for the hotel to arrange a discounted price for the parking. Parking easy accessible, but a bit expensive.

The place was beautiful and you get a free complimentary coffee daily which was an excellent touch. Also some of the staff members were very professional and helpful... even let us check out after the check out time. I would definitely stay there again.

There was this tall guy at the reception normally was there during the night and he seemed to always get the night shift were his your only source of help, our first day we called in the shower was clogged, he said he was coning back and he ignored our call constantly... we only got help from the staff which came in the morning.... also there was a time the ladies forgot to clean our room and we reported to him he was just so uninterested and nonchalant about the whole thing.... we had to wait for the morning staff again for help... he was totally my worse experience about the place everything else was tolerable

The receptionist lady who was rude to me who couldn’t wait for me to wake up. A security guard came to my room telling me that I should go downstairs immediately at 6am when I eventually went downstairs to the receptionist I was told I didn’t pay she even said she doesn’t remember me paying to her and gave me a slip it didn’t end there she started insulting me and ask the security guard to watch me as if I stole something that experience not enjoy my sleep but I paid the room was the worst experience ever

Clean and quiet, nice Cafe, great location.

At the time I was staying there , they refused to give room key to guests! Every time you wanted to enter your room , you had to ask security or reception to accompany you and open the room door! Weird!

The apartment are very good organized, the cleaning service is excellent but the emergency response team and time is very poor, I was stuck on the elevator for almost an hour, I pressed the button sometimes and it nothing happened, I had to call to emergency number that is wrote there and it goes to a place outside of the apartment, the person who picked up the call didn’t even know were the habitat apartment where and so I had to call about 5 times i think, whenever something like that happens the first response should be the reception or the security, because a person stays there for so long without knowing what is going on, luckily my phone was having network otherwise I’ll spend more time there till someone realized that that lift wasn’t work.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Cape Town several times over the years, and I can confidently say this hotel is at the top of my list. When we first arrived, they couldn't give us our key cards immediately, and we needed assistance from the reception to open the door. However, we didn't mind this due to the security presence at the entrance 24/7, which provided a great sense of safety. They gave us our key cards as soon as possible. The curtains in the rooms don’t completely block out the light, but it wasn't an issue for us.

It’s being told to pay an additional R500 for deposit in case you break something and you only find out about that once you get there. 1. What if you don’t have it ? that means the rest of the money you paid already online goes to waste. 2. For me it made me feel uncomfortable, untrusted with their things I was not at ease it’s like you scared to touch anything from that moment on I did not feel at home at all.

The staff are very friendly and always ready to help

1. The property doesn’t have parking- it would be nice if they included information about where to park at nearby parking areas. They should consider making prior arrangements for guests. 2. Their housekeeping needs improvement- we literally ran out of toilet paper and waited for about 30 minutes before it was brought. The same applies to things like tea and sugar, they should at least replace every time they clean the rooms.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Although it was just for one night, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The linens were of the highest quality, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep. The entire place was spotless, which is something I really appreciate. Plus, the affordability was a delightful bonus, offering amazing value for such a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a top-notch stay that's both exciting and budget-friendly, this is the place to be! I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!
