Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Bridget, Rachel, …. I am sorry forgot all the other names, were simply amazing. Their service attitude is unmatched. They even walk you to the hotel if it’s in the area. The food is world-class too and the personnel there same thing, absolutely outstanding. The rooms are big, beautiful and one of a kind. We are often disappointed when we compare pictures with reality, this is the other way around. And yes it’s a lot of money but from our perspective it was worth every single cent. Next time we come to Capetown we‘ll book the same place, that’s for sure. I‘d argue there is no better in Capetown than Labotessa.

Firstly the staff are superb. Professional, experienced, and eager to assist with a personal and personable approach. Nice, caring human beings. Warm yet not overstated furnishings. Spacious room. Very well thought out design with a place for everything, and many amenities cleverly concealed out of view so your every desire is on hand, and you can admire the beautiful room and wider property without intrusion of function. Impeccably clean and in perfect condition. Tasty and healthy complimentary snacks and beverages in the room. Central for a taste of Cape Town and quick access to all the sites. Great breakfast available throughout the day.

An exceptional hotel. It's a very small boutique hotel which makes it perfect. Hidden away in a little corner so it's easy to miss it. The service was exceptional, the room absolutely divine - it was huge with a mini kitchenette, dining area and lounge. The bathroom accessories are all branded and high quality. The hotel has a small cafe not a full-fledged kitchen and I think it closes early, however I knew this and always ordered take out and used the microwave in the hotel room. It's just a quaint and unexpected luxurious hotel.

If they had in room dining and a full-fledged kitchen then it would be perfect but the lack of it was also not a bad thing.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Labotessa Luxury Hotel. The hotel has a fantastic, very central location which allowed us to easily walk to museums, great restaurants, and different neighborhoods to explore. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was gorgeous and so spacious. The private elevator opens directly into a stunning two story modern home with beautiful furnishings, 3 bedrooms, and two stunning balconies with sweeping views and a plunge pool. Every detail was perfect from Dyptique bath products to amazing food, treats, and drinks left for us each day. We so appreciated all of the extra touches and the warmth and hospitality of everyone working there. It truly felt like a second home while we explored all that Cape Town has to offer. The breakfast was also fantastic and we loved sitting outside by the fountain. Martin and his team are outstanding and incredibly helpful and made sure that our stay was perfect.

What an exceptional hotel. The room was big, with very good lighting, it had everything you could wish for. The bathroom countertop could be bigger, other than that it was a perfect stay. The elevador door opened directly in the room ! Amenities were excellent, the fridge was full of goodies and we had a complimentary bottle of red wine, coffee, cookies and fruits

It is an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the city. Sophisticated, extremely comfortable, smells divine (hosts the local Dipytique boutique) with exceptional service with every staff member buying into the vision of impeccable hospitality. Flawless!

The room was incredible, lots of little treats in the fridge. The check in experience was exceptional, like sitting down and chatting with a friend. The room was gorgeous, straight out the lift into the room. Had a mini kitchen, everything you could need. Amazing views and lovely big bathroom. Loved the breakfast choices and the overall interior design is beautiful.

The location is in the the centre of town, on a few streets it felt a bit uncomfortable but that's cape town.

This property is absolutely stunning! We loved every moment. The staff are fantastic, warm and helpful. The room was large and beautifully decorated. Amazing attention to detail. Free in room snack were spot on and generous. Delicious breakfast. The bed was divine. Together with the blackout curtains, we slept like babies. I really can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I have no criticism

On 1 of the oldest squares in Cape Town is one of the oldest dwellings beautiful restored into the Labotessa Boutique Hotel. Everything is to a exceptional standaard. Bathrobe, slippers, fresh fruits, different teas, a complimentary mini bar which is stocked every day, on day of arrival een bottle of wine and a warm welcome from the owner Johan and the manager Martijn. The staff is very professional and friendly and will serve your breakfast all day will it be inside the cafe on the terrasse or in your room. The breakfast is a la carte and outstanding. The hotel is very centraal it's for instance a 8 minute walk to 81 Long street where you can catch the hop on hop off bus ( The red line) and the next stop will be table mountain, and the old fort is about a 10 minute walk and is safe to do so. Having said this the hotel can arrange tours for you with 1 of the best tour operator in Cape Town. We drove around for 2 days with Rachid a very friendly knowledgeable man who can tell you much about the history, the vineyards, wildlife and other facts about South Africa. Rachid speaks English,French and Arabic. The hotel offers a paid limousine service which we thought was well worth since I have back problems, didn't have to touch anything myself and was brought to my room. Don't be a number in a big hotel and stay here you will never regret it.

Amazing new hotel in Cape Town! Staff is extremely attentive and does everything possible to assure we have the best experience. Room is close to perfection, very clean, spacious, quiet and full of amenities. Breakfast is also great. It is located in a central area in Cape Town, just a short Uber ride to the main attractions.
