I liked how the place was clean and neat and comfy

I didn't like that I requested a cot for my baby and they said that there will be one available for me but on arrival I asked if the cot was here they said no and that all the cots were occupied my baby had to sleep with me and my partner which was very uncomfortable because the space was limited the guy who gave me the paper to sign said all the cots where occupied which I think was a big lie they were just too lazy to bring one

The location of the apartment was very central to everything, great views of table mountain. The security in the building was spot on , even the car park had security. Both bedrooms had its own bathroom, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped with a good size fridge. The apartment was also serviced each day which we were not expecting

The howling wind whistling around the building - Cape Town is windy for 5 months of the year and we happened to be there on a few very windy days. The front entrance to the car park will not suit a larger car, so if you have your own vehicle there is better access to the car park from commercial st at the rear - we were not told about this on arrival.

I loved that the place is close to central and great value for money, will definitely be visiting again, the rooms are very spacious and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed to prepare a nice meal

I didn't like that you cannot use one tag for two people. We went out and left one key behind at the place, when we got back security didn't allow us in using the same tag, we were required to check in on paper.

Everything about the property was good.

Would have loved an apartment with the view of Table Mountain

The apartment is well located and clean. 2 bathrooms are extremely useful. Location perfect. Great service of security. Even the stuff at the bar is great in particular our waitress Vie!! Very comfortable the shop just downstairs.

There is no clothes dryer.

The space, clean and it is situated in quiet areas

Cateins at the sitting room need to be replaced Main bathroom lock need to be fixed as someone can lock him/her self inside and unable to open.

The apartment was very neat, tidy & cosy. Exactly as advertised and good value for money.

As a light sleeper there a faint dull noise in the telecom/videcom buzzer

The staff was friendly & available to assist when need help.

Spacious and well equipped. Secure parking and brilliant location. Would definitely recommend.

Our apartment didn’t have the view as shown in the pictures, but that’s not a deal breaker.

location was pretty close to everything so that was very convenient
