Even although it was a studio apartment, it was very spacious. The views of Table Mountain were breathtaking. I appreciated the fact that the windows could open, allowing a nice breeze into the apartment. Having the shops located on site made shopping for food very easy. I will definitely be staying here again.
The only thing that really let the apartment down, was the fact that WiFi was a bit hit and miss. To avoid this in future, I would go straight to the mobile phone shop in the mall and buy a local SIM with data. It’s not at all expensive. Perhaps, in future, the apartment could do with a bit of modernisation, but for what I paid, I’d happily stay in it again as it was.

I liked the fact that the apartments are within a Shopping Mall. So sometimes we ate in the restaurants in the mall and sometimes we made our own meals in the room. This versatility worked well for us and especially our budget!.
Price could be cheaper... But then again, that may be due to the fact that we were on a tight budget. One time we came back a little late at night and it took a while before the doors were open so that could be better.

Self-catering spacious comfortable appartments. Stove, microwave and kitchen utensils present. Above a mall with two large affordable supermarkets, Pick 'n Pay like the Lidl, and Woolworth, and everything else. in principle at walking distance from the galleries of Capetown and if you want to walk to the splendid Zeitz Mocaa it is possible, otherwise Uber and Bolt are very very cheap. Also near to many of the historic sites of Capetown, Dutch and British colonial history, including excellent museums. I am not a beachgoer. Uber or Bolt will bring you there easily. Friendly staff.

Always easy, the team are super responsive and professional - The loation, simple clean - great views
It was all good - If i could wish for something it woudl be Better internet/ wifi- its shockingly poor in modern terms. I resort to using my MiFi as its way faster. The other thing is an iron and ironing board would be excellent.

I truly enjoyed my stay there. The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. Their service was exceptional. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Their beds are very comfortable, I think I looked forward to sleeping more than doing fun activities.😅 I also liked the fact that it's in a shopping center so you can get everything you want in one place. I honestly wish I had enough money to stay longer. I love the place, it felt like home.

Awesome trip mostly enjoyed our location. Gardens is a beautiful,comfortable and most important situated closest to all amenities. Our stay was wonderful wil definitely stay again on our next visit to Cape Town
Loved everything only prob when asked if we could stay a little longer as in hours cos we had issues with car rental, no place to store luggage therfore had to pay a some of R800 more for approximately 6hours.

It was self catering but we mostly had breakfast in the shopping centre.
It did not have a shower only the shower head attachment but the bath was nice. What we did not like was that the toilet used gallons of water to flush the toilet paper down but I guess it's an old flushing system.

The location was excellent. Most museums (such as the National Gallery and the Slave Lodge) are within walking distance, and It's an accessible location to get an Uber and go to the V & A Waterfront or out to one of the closer wineries in Constantia. The room itself was clean, modern, and felt very secure.
There was some traffic noise that lasted well into the evening and night; not unusually loud for an urban location but just something to bear in mind. In terms of the room's amenities, it would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room, although in general, the bathroom facilities and shower were lovely and modern. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when I'm next in Cape Town.

The staff was friendly, efficient and always available to answer any questions. The mountain views! The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained in an excellent condition. I felt safe.
I am a non-smoker and cannot handle cigarette smoke at all. Had to cancel a lease prior to this stay for this reason. There was cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vents a few times. The staff addressed the situation quickly though and I could enjoy my stay.

The location is perfect and the fact that there is also a shopping centre when you can get all the essentials makes things easier. I loved it so much, it was perfect.
It was windy and the door was making noise. I could not sleep properly. I had to leave very early and I wasn't sure where to leave the key. Had to call the security.
