The owners (Owen and his wife) were super helpful and nothing was too much effort for them.. He have great advice about where to go and how to be safe. The room was lovely with great views and was very spacious. The pools were great. There was a lovely communal lounge and terrace for sundowners. The breakfast was absolutely amazing including buffet and cooked to order elements. Owen arranged sn airport transfer too. The area felt safe and there was ample parking. Really close to Kloof Street and table Mountain.

We had to move to a different room for the last night, because they made a mistake with our booking. It wasnt a big problem, we even got a refund, but the new room was not very comfortable and too small

Lovely central accommodation in the City Bowl. Great views over the Molteno dam and city. Nice quiet area. Our room was huge and very comfortable and it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. Breakfast was delicious too and the hosts were great.

No water during loadshedding? That we found strange. We always have water during loadshedding at home. Milk instead of creamer would be preferable.

The owner of the property was the best part, purely because he was such a lovely, considerate man who made our stay so nice, and made us feel so at home. Outside of this the home itself was really comfortable, spacious and the facilities were great.

I think professional photography would go a long way in this property as I feel the current photos don't do it justice. It's a bit of a walk to the city (a very nice walk though), but in regards of proximity to the City, Camps Bay/Bantry and Constantia, it's very well positioned.

I booked at the last minute but the staff were waiting for me and organised garage parking off street which was my only requirement. The room was large and well appointed and had a view of the cable car coming from Table Mountain! The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great too.

I could have stayed much longer!

It's a cool blend of historical and old-world architecture with modern comforts. Breakfast was really excellent. Owen was a great host. The bed was super comfortable and air conditioning in the rooms made for a great night's sleep. The shower and toilet area was modern. Wifi was perfect for video calling.

I thought there was going to be off-street parking. Although there wasn't, there is a security camera surveilled section with zero incident history.

The location was the star. Size of the rooms were also larger than expected. The breakfast tables were beautifully dressed every morning. Staff were excellent. Well priced.

The decor is in serious need of an update. The beds are worn out; my husband complained of backache the following day. Apart from that , all good!

nothing, all good. It would be good to have some more visible sign on the street of the guesthouse. It is hard to see it when arriving late in the evening in the dark.

The building and interior design were very authentic. Breakfast on a balcony with a view. Nice location: very close to Table mountain and Signal hill.
