The location is excellent; we were able to walk to most areas we wanted to see. The rooms are comfortable, but the armchairs in our room 103, had a hard wooden rim, which was uncomfortable after a while. Bed comfortable, and the pillows were not the beaten up skinny things we have found in better classes of hotels It had all the facilities for a 5 day self catering stay, we have stayed in the Mt Sierra before,which is why we came back.

Do NOT bother with the cafe. Small menu and there are so many good places for breakfast within a few hundred metres of the hotel

The staff were very friendly and extremley helpful Maseline greeted you with a cheery smile everymorniing and Naseems knowledge of the winerys in the area was invaluable to us.Ithank them very much for a wonderful stay.Thay have a lovely little swimming pool which was very refreshing each morning of my short stay.The breakfast each morning was lovely and kept hunger at bay for most of the day.

There is nothing not to like about these excellent value for money appartments in Capetown.1 minor detail they should maybe consider giving unlimited coffee with breakfast or at least 2 cups.

We felt very welcome and looked after by all of the wonderful staff. The beds were also very comfortable. Really enjoyed my morning coffee at the cafe too

Can’t beat the location! beautiful spacious apartment perfect for families. some of the front desk staff where phenomenal with the kids!

During load shedding there’s no back up power for the elevator which meant a 6 floor walk up…

Our room was beautiful and clean, kitchen fully equipped. The bathroom was my favorite 😍. The staff was amazing, they helped with our luggage to and from our room, Azeen was really helpful with our early check-in request. Breakfast was amazing 👏 .

Perfect hotel in Briacon. Walking distance from both the train station and ski lift. Friendly and helpful staff - help with booking restaurants, ski gear etc and recommendations.

I like the bedroom not your sitting room and lounge you need to upgrade but it's so clean I don't wanna lie wooow your stuff from the receptionist to cleaning stuff they are friendly and amazing and your pool so it's nice, how can I forgot my beautiful view the table mountain

The location is great and they were kind enough to give me a room on the 5th floor. From there you have a great view of part of the city, the impressive Table Mountain and Leeukop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Had nice conversation with Rodrigues. Close to the hotel is a delicious and nice breakfast restaurant (https://www.ourlocal.co.za/) and opposite are two excellent restaurants. Be careful, they close early at night.

I stayed on the 14th and everything was perfect they exceeded my expectations even when booking. Com booked me by mistake they went out of their way to make sure that I wasn't stranded. The staff was brilliant and I will definitely book with them again .the apartment was spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable it was like home. I would recommend them to anyone I give them 100%.
