Very easy, reception let me in through the front gate and gave me keys on checking in.

The aircon units are managed at reception and I struggled with being able to fully control or adjust temperatures as needed. Housekeeping did try to assist to get me a remote for the bedroom but this didn't really solve the problem. It would get too warm or too cold and I couldn't really fix this so ended up switching off. I had to rely on opening the window which opens slightly. I loved everything about my stay from staff, to site\apartment to great location. It is the second time I have stayed here and had frustration with the aircon system. This was my only bit of frustration.

The location is excellent; we were able to walk to most areas we wanted to see. The rooms are comfortable, but the armchairs in our room 103, had a hard wooden rim, which was uncomfortable after a while. Bed comfortable, and the pillows were not the beaten up skinny things we have found in better classes of hotels It had all the facilities for a 5 day self catering stay, we have stayed in the Mt Sierra before,which is why we came back.

Do NOT bother with the cafe. Small menu and there are so many good places for breakfast within a few hundred metres of the hotel

The staff were very friendly and extremley helpful Maseline greeted you with a cheery smile everymorniing and Naseems knowledge of the winerys in the area was invaluable to us.Ithank them very much for a wonderful stay.Thay have a lovely little swimming pool which was very refreshing each morning of my short stay.The breakfast each morning was lovely and kept hunger at bay for most of the day.

There is nothing not to like about these excellent value for money appartments in Capetown.1 minor detail they should maybe consider giving unlimited coffee with breakfast or at least 2 cups.

Can’t beat the location! beautiful spacious apartment perfect for families. some of the front desk staff where phenomenal with the kids!

During load shedding there’s no back up power for the elevator which meant a 6 floor walk up…

Perfect hotel in Briacon. Walking distance from both the train station and ski lift. Friendly and helpful staff - help with booking restaurants, ski gear etc and recommendations.

Our room was beautiful and clean, kitchen fully equipped. The bathroom was my favorite 😍. The staff was amazing, they helped with our luggage to and from our room, Azeen was really helpful with our early check-in request. Breakfast was amazing 👏 .

I like the bedroom not your sitting room and lounge you need to upgrade but it's so clean I don't wanna lie wooow your stuff from the receptionist to cleaning stuff they are friendly and amazing and your pool so it's nice, how can I forgot my beautiful view the table mountain

Staff were the highlight of this property. Great location close to restaurants and supermarkets. Great little restaurant with a delicious breakfast made to order.
