The foyer and the eating area are so beautiful 🤗
The filling of the fridge with stuff that they a selling, it was inconvenient for us. We had no space to put our own things.

The views were breathtaking. Their breakfast had a variety of foods and it was always nice. The place was quiet and the service was great.
They do not change bedding. I was there for 4 days it had stains and they just pulled it and made up the bed like that. They could do better by giving 1 bottle of water daily but you only get it once. The bathroom doesn’t have extractor fans so the shower doesn’t smell good and there is mould on the wall. They do not replenish shower gel, sanitary holders and other amenities daily. The pool area was not working as there was maintenance underway and it was not communicated prior The room was smaller than pictured

I loved everything, the room, the location, the breakfast (the menu incl. cappuccinos, smoothies, eggs, etc.). The Reception staff were very helpful, especially the Senior person that works in the evenings. I forgot to ask for his name. He gave us very good advice. There are many restaurants and shops in Kloof Street. I highly recommend the Kloof Street House restaurant. They have Sunday jazz !
The street was quite noisy during the week-ends. The pub across the street had a DJ until late night.

The hotel as a whole is a fairly beautiful space to be in ,we loved the mountain view .The service was great ,great staff ,very friendly and helpful appreciate that a lot .It was actually very clean ,loved that
There were no water refills knowing very well that the kettle couldn't even fit in the baisins, so that was very unreasonable and unthoughtful of the hotel ,the dinner we had wasn't what we thought we would encounter on a rating 5/10 they could do better, the pool was way too little besides that it was not even cleaned ,you can't even have drinks by the pool side this experience was overwhelming .It has very noisy surroundings but that's not your fault .

I liked how centrally located the hotel was. The design of the hotel is also very modern and clean. The staff at the breakfast were so friendly and helpful and always willing to assist with any requests.
I didn't like how noisy the street is with all the fancy sports cars revving their engines and driving up and down the street like they were at the Monaco Grand Prix! Luckily I packed ear plugs otherwise you won't be able to sleep with the noise of the cars. Also it is located in quite a vibey party area so it does get quite noisy with the music from the surrounding pubs/restaurants.

Breakfast was good with the view of Table Mountain while having your breakfast. The rooms were clean. Whilst not on the waterfront it was still within walking distance so ok. The shower was hot.
Our first night wasn’t so great as we were in a tiny room on the 2nd floor in one of the rooms facing Table Mountain which had zero sound proofing so we could hear music, people etc in the night. The walls and doors on this floor were chipped in places - could do with an uplift. The shower was tiny and leaked. The next day we were moved to a bigger room on the same floor with the town view which was much more comfortable so we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Loved the location as very central and with lots of shops/restaurants literally on the doorstep. Staff on reception were lovely, as were the restaurant staff. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of choice, plus you could also order from the breakfast menu and always presented well.
Room service - Shower gel container wasn't filled up the whole time we were there. Bed sheets were never changed over the 9 nights (we still had the same small mark on it each day). Lack of toilet paper last few days. Shane, as we left a tip each day too! Table outside on terrace never wiped down either.

Our penthouse room was exceptional although the outside patio areas were a little unkempt and, unfortunately due to fires on Table Mountain and strong winds during our visit, largely unusable. The staff were charming. Price was very good, but we were exceptionally lucky with the exchange rate. It made a nice change to stay in the city rather than near the waterfront. There was no elevator to the final floor but staff happily carried our luggage upstairs.
Outside areas of our room (patios) could have been better maintained. Although the location looks good on the map, staff rather put us off walking out to the gardens, and we took taxis everywhere instead. The pool was being refurbished during our stay which was just a bit unlucky. We didn't stay long enough to understand and master the TV ;o)

The hotel and it's surroundings exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made the check-in process seamless. They offered a welcome drink and took the time to provide helpful information about local attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a touch of Cape Town's unique charm. My room was spacious, clean, and had stunning views of Table Mountain. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities in the room made my stay even more enjoyable

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and dishes were kept stocked up. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly all of the time. The reception area felt welcoming, bright and comfortable. The room was spacious and reasonably well equipped. The blackout curtains were particularly appreciated. The bar area was a pleasant place to sit and have a drink or a bite to eat.
The bathroom lacked a shaver/ electric toothbrush socket which makes it difficult if you rely on these. The planning of the cupboard in our room over the place where we prepared coffee/tea could be better. I'm not particularly tall but I hit my head a few times on the corner of the cupboard as a result. These are not major things but addressing them would add to the comfort of the room.
