- Lovely and quaint boutique hotel with a beautiful decor - Great location, central and close to many attractions and restaurants - Clean - Good breakfast

- The check out time is very early - The staff/ owners are nice but our interactions did not feel warm or welcoming. We didn’t feel comfortable to ask for recommendations or help during our stay - The room was small

Excellent location and beautifully decorated. Staff were very helpful beforehand and throughout and it was useful being able to contact the team via WhatsApp. We really found their Noah Guide useful for planning and they were happy to help organise tours etc too. All of their suggestions were excellent; we got through a lot of their cafe/bar/restaurant list and it was backed up from other locals we knew in the area plus did the food tour and paragliding - both were so much fun. We opted for the room with a balcony and it was so lovely to have a relaxing area with a view. The breakfast was lovely and the afternoon tea plus turndown service are a lovely touch. Parking available. We felt very comfortable, safe and welcome there and loved being so close to all the main areas of Cape Town.

I imagine due to it being a period building, the windows didn't seem to be double glazed and so sometimes it was a little noisy, but mainly the area was quiet so not too much trouble. There wasn't much drawer space to enable us to unpack fully. The team gave us extra hangers which we appreciate but still felt like we were living out of a suitcase which was a shame as we were there for 5 nights.

The house itself was amazing, the rooms very elegant and the whole design is just perfect. Heating was possible with aircon, and that worked perfectly. The staff is amazing, especially Blessings, hope I spell his name correctly. He made sure that I am well taken care of, like when guides came to pick me up, he made sure I am getting in the right car. He was very kind, great to talk to any time we happened to meet. Breakfast is a limited selection of items, no meat available, but everything prepared perfectly at each occasion. Coffee, in particular, was awesome. They also have a water dispenser to use, if you dont want to drink the tapwater.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, with bumps in it. Not a big deal but I believe that the bathroom is designed for tall people, so the mirror was a bit higher mounted on the wall for me and I only saw myself from the mouth up 😀 also the towel peg was higher on the wall for my reach. But this is only a minor issue, not something that disturbed my stay. I think it is a bit pricey considering the accomodations in CPT, but to me it was worth paying the extra.

We were greeted by the owner, Gerald. He was very welcoming and informative. There was a beautiful tea room every afternoon with homemade biscuits and two wonderful teas. Breakfast was made to order. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area felt very safe and there was an incredible view of Table Mountain. Short Uber ride to CBD. Uber was there with in 1-5 minutes of a call. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

There was nothing to not like. Everything was well thought out. We found nothing to complain about

A beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet residential area convenient to the City Center. I was in Room 10, a boutique Queen room, which was lovely and off to itself. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Blessings, the manager, was so helpful. You can tell the property was carefully curated with no detail missed. Olivia helped arrange a walking food tour for me and then in the evening, I did their Sundowner Tour in a vintage Landy (Land Rover). Highly recommend this…it was so much fun.

That I couldn’t stay longer.

The breakfast and coffee each morning was truly incredible. This boutique hotel is really like walking into someone’s beautiful home, you feel welcome the minute you arrive. Our group of four loved their tour options. We did the Sundowner, Winelands and Peninsula Tours. All were well thought out and very enjoyable. Their employee Blessings was simply wonderful and a real pleasure to spend time with. All of Sarina and Gerald’s recommendations for dining, places to visit and wineries were spot on. We would return their in a heart beat and would highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

Nothing!

Great location for exploring the city. Really comfortable and clean with facilities that are modern and user friendly. Loved the extensive honesty bar which had something for everyone including complimentary tea/coffee Richard was great and was there to help whenever you needed him.

Although the breakfast was fresh and delicious, personally I would have liked a few more “traditional “ offerings with bacon/sausage etc or possibly omelettes.

Sarina, Gerald, Blessings and the whole team were fantastic. This is a lovely relaxed, quality place to stay. It's not at the V&A Waterfront, which makes it all the better, if you want a more real Cape Town stay. It does have a lot of quality restaurants around it. Try Kloof Street House. Nothing in Cape Town is more than a cheap Uber away (which we recommend, wherever you stay). Lovely people. Quality place. We would not hesitate to book here again.

nothing that was in the control of the hotel.

First of all a special thanks to Bestie. He took care of us really well! The whole experience at Noah House was absolutely perfect. Gerald and Sarina have made it so comfortable that it feels like your are welcomed in their home. The room was specious and clean. The breakfast was amazing, very extensive! We booked a private wine tour and they really did their bests to go to the best places for that day. Location of Noah House is also perfect, nearby Kloof Street. We would really recommend!
