EVERYTHING!.. location!.. location😊.. Location😎 nestled as it is in the bosom of Table Mountain.. the view of which is simply ‘breathtaking!’ from wherever you are in this fabulous hotel. The staff are as equally fabulous to a fault.. nothing is too much for them and its ’miles of smiles’ from the moment you arrive. Your 10 mins from EVERYTHING Cape Town has to offer.10/10

The door to the rooms are a nightmare. The locking mechanism means most people simply ‘slam’ the doors to close them, which is disconcerting at 6am in the morning to say the least. The walls are paper thin and the sound of TV’s and people coughing is pervasive. It’s a shame, because the standards at this hotel are otherwise very high.

Location was great. Breakfast excellent. We really enjoyed the stay overall.

Soundproofing in room was quite bad. We could hear every word of a normal, deep voiced conversation in the room adjacent to ours. Management did address this when we reported it, and it improved, but it really shouldn't be this easy to hear one's neighbour's (normal) conversation in a luxury hotel room environment. Cappucinos aren't included in the breakfast rate, but normal coffee is. TV channels are a bit limited.

The hotel is in a great location,not far from Kloof Street but very quiet and peaceful.The room had great views of the Lions Head.My daughter and I had a peaceful sleep.

The toilet was too crammed between the bath and the shower with very little space.The breakfast was not so great and the breakfast staff was not attentive at all.There was no provision for vegans even when you did ask.That was confusing to me since they had 3 types of plant milk available.

The hotel from start to finish was amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and chatty. They are always on hand to help if you need them. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic - plenty of choice in a lovely restaurant. The pool area was very nice. Bar/restaurant for drinks/lunch was lovely. Room was spacious with plenty of space & having a fridge was great too. View looking out to table mountain is fabulous. Great location with short Uber rides to all the key locations. We had an absolutely amazing holiday and I would visit again and recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends.

Has all the basic comforts of a 4* hotel - modern, clean, fresh. The pool area overlooking table mountain is lovely. Location very good for going out in the evening. Service very good. For the price, it was very good - would go back.

Breakfast food quality not fantastic; our room entrance was in the same corridor as the underground parking; lacks some character, as hotels often do. They are details - we overall really enjoyed our stay.

The location was fantastic, very quiet during the night for sleeping. Breakfast was provided in the dining area which has beautiful decor and the view looking at Table Mountain. The staff were very helpful at all times, helping to make it a stressfree stay.

I was under the impression from the room description that there would be a mountain view which I was looking forward to. The room that I was given was downstairs at the back with no view.

The check in staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and the linen on the bed and towels are stunning quality along with Charlotte Rhys toiletries which are a nice touch. The room was spacious and had everything needed. My stay included breakfast -which was great

The check out staff weren't as friendly as check in and the front desk lady called 10 minutes after check out time to ask what time I planned to leave. I have never stayed at hotel who rushed me out of a room. When I asked if I could use the hotel pool etc for a while longer she said yes but didn't seem keen Most hotels do not mind you using their facilities on the day of check out.

Fabulous hotel in a central location, close to bustling Kloof Street and with easy access to the waterfront. The room was very modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food options. Everything was world class. I would definitely stay at the Cape Milner again.

I can’t fault anything.

Supper was exceptionally good and well-priced. Your cocktail's is also exceptional and your bar staff well trained. You can have more coffee in the room, and I expected a filled mini bar. Otherwise, it was super, very clean and your cushions is fabulous.

Breakfast was ok - would have like fresh baked eggs sunny side up or someone that at least offered it to me, and someone coffee as I arrived, you can have more regular looks if food is available at the buffet and not have empty bay marines. Honey pot was empty and also the granola. Was not refiled in the 45 minutes I had breakfast.

The room was fabulous, the staff were exceptionally accommodating, and the wine and dine experience was absolutely delicious. As I had an early departure, the hotel kindly arranged a packed breakfast, which was much appreciated.

The only downside was the noise from people in the corridors after 10 p.m., which disturbed an otherwise peaceful stay.
