very spacious room that I had, very clean and aircon working perfectly. Great thing also is that as a guest you don't pay for parking which is nice. Friendly staff at the counter and location is great to easily get by car or taxi to any place you want.

What i did not like was the fact that the staff in the restaurant is not very attentive. You need to call them several times or you hear them arguing with each other at the bar instead of helping the customers. Was the case already at my last stay, there is truly room for improvement. Second thing was breakfast. Truly an impressive buffet but less would be more which is also true for the charge of ZAR 350 for it.

The room was large and well-appointed, with a sofa, seating area, generous wardrobe space and thoughtful extras like robes, slippers, an iron and ironing board. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower, and the coffee pods and bottled water were replenished daily. My room was always cleaned while I was at breakfast – a small touch that made a big difference. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, quickly resolving a minor issue with the air conditioning. The room was quiet and peaceful, with large windows that let in natural light during the day and effective blackout curtains at night. Towels were large and mostly fluffy, and the provided bathroom amenities were good quality. Parking was free and on site. I felt genuinely looked after and will definitely return.

If I had to find fault, the room safe was on the small side – you’d struggle to fit a laptop – but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise excellent stay.

Getting to and from the parking garage to the Hotel can be a bit of a schlep. The staff at breakfast were not informed enough regarding the halal options. However, the “Chef” did assist and inform soon after. As we needed to work during our stay an extra desk chair would have been appreciated. No coffee mugs and we had to request mugs. I requested a cot but did not receive one. My room service meal was served without salt, pepper or sauces and had to wait and by the time the waitron returned we had already finished our meal. I requested my meal crispy ie the fried calamari and fries (chips). However, the calamari was very soggy and oily and the chips were soft.

The executive suite was nice and spacious. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were amazing with the exception of room service staff. I would definitely stay here again as it was nicely located for all amenities and activities within town and surrounds.

Room service staff dropped the ball when it came to timeous delivery and they forgot items in the order the both times we ordered. The music from reception/restaurant area is rather loud so it was difficult to get any sleep with a room on the lower floor and it’s on throughout the night so I’d suggest lowering volume at the very least.

I absolutely fell in love with all the decor of this place. From the front desk, ceilings, different chairs and just the whole layout of the hotel was very interesting and pretty to look at. Then what stood out the most was how clean it was and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to come back for a longer stay. Oh and not forgetting their lovely breakfast buffet, I enjoyed everything they had to offer during breakfast. And they are Halaal friendly so my eggs were cooked in a separate section on the kitchen which I really appreciated so much.

For one there was no plug near any of the mirrors in the room to plug jn the hair dryer, even I the bathroom. So it was not easy to use. The only points available was beside the bed. And the one thing that I truly disliked so much was that their was no mini fridge to keep our water and drinks cold. Instead they had a cooler which did absolutely nothing. It basically kept my drinks room temperature which was upsetting as it tasted very nasty. I would certainly hope or request a room that has some kind of refrigerator in.

The place is very nice and chic. It is one of those rooms, where you enter and feel you are at a luxurious place/hotel. Our room was amazing. An amazing facility with an impressive bathroom. The bathroom was huge: with a stand-up shower, a tub, and a separate toilet, and two sinks. So it is perfect for a couple. The decoration and the amenities of the room were amazing. The hotel in general is spectacular. Not sure about the location. It is close to everything, but we took uber/taxi everywhere. We did not walk around, so not sure about how safe it is there.

Nothing much to complain about.

The room was fantastic. Really loved it. But the best were the staff. They were exceptional. The ladies in the restaurant were brilliant. No job was too small. They were some of the best I have seen anywhere in the world. Laverne in guest relations/concierge was exceptional! She made our stay fantastic and sorted out all the tours and trips we went on including the sunset cruise on the first day which was hard to book for a Friday evening. She's a gem!

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming both at night and in the morning, always ready to assist with anything I needed. They went above and beyond to make special accommodations for my birthday, which I truly appreciated. The gym was well-equipped, allowing me to get a full workout in—unlike many hotel gyms that only offer cardio equipment

Some things was not kept up which could be a problem if it fell or broke but I told the front desk about it so hopefully they get someone to fix it later

The hotel values making profit over loyalty to in-house guests. my partner and I stayed with this hotel for 1 week , the hotel knew we were extending and not checking out . they took a new booking and proceeded to ask us to check into a new room of which was smaller and of a higher rate - NO complimentary breakfast or compensation for their inconvenience towards us . I don’t know if I can suggest you staying at this hotel more than 1 week - they might chase you out like they did us .

The breakfast is amazing! It’s such an extensive buffet with loads of options (cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yoghurts, fresh fruit salad, pastries and bakery goods, selection of fresh artisan breads, a hot buffet with the usual suspects, waffles/pancakes and eggs made to order). The rooms are a good size and the bed and linen is incredibly comfortable. I loved having a bath tub as part of the bathroom set up. The staff are incredibly warm, helpful and friendly. They helped me get a doctor when the cold I caught in transit wouldn’t get better. I ended rebooking to finish off my stay in Cape Town here.

The pool is more of a plunge pool - you won’t be able to swim laps in it.
