Staff very friendly, kind and understanding..very dynamic.Security was there throughout my stay and that also made me more comfortable.My room very spacious and clean.Was very quiet at night except the noise that comes from nearby places,but I slept peacefully.I truly enjoyed my stay at helpful Lodge.I would have loved to elongate my stay because I needed a place like that to relax and have rest.Thank you much,I will come back again .Shops are not far.

The furniture and building needs attention

Location and the place had all the amenities I needed.

Door handle was broken, so door had to be locked every time. Shower curtain rails are broken off. Shower could do with a door and the bathroom is dangerous to walk on wet tiles with shoes. Too many drug pushers standing outside trying to sell to occupants. 1 staff member seemed very reluctant to assist with my requests. Always looking at me as if I was asking her to move mountains. I had requested a remote control then, batteries as it didn't work. Also, requested a pot to make something to eat. Room was only catered for 1 occupant. Other residents were making a noise until after 3am. Lots of children running around screaming during the day inside the accommodation.

The location was good and the breakfast. Its near everything and you can do what ever you want in your own space.

I did not like the staff that was rushing us to check out when our booking stated that check out is between 10-11
