The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful. The beds were super comfortable! The gym is well equipped, lovely pool area and of course I can't forget the stunning view of signal hill and table mountain.

We booked 2 rooms. Our room only had one mirror above the basin whereas the other room had a mirror above the basin as well as a longer dressing mirror at the clothes rack. Would have been nice to have a longer mirror in our room as well which would have made it easier to get ready for the wedding we had to attend. Can't really see the full picture from the basin mirror.

The staff were hospitable, warm and very attentive. (This actually was the star of this hotel) i liked the location, very close to kloof street (checkers, pharmacies, coffee shops, bars, restaurants)and long street (if you are about the night life) the ambiance and the staff to be honest, very helpful. Overall its very close to many restaurants and bookap. all within short walking distances.

Rooms were small to my liking but overall okay, they were comfortable.

Geographic location, the facilities, good breakfast.

Payment for the parking was the only disappointment. Imagine having to pay R480.00 more that you were not aware of. It was very disappointing and annoying. If I didn't come at night I was going to cancel my booking and get another accommodation, as such I would not consider booking in future unless it is clearly stipulated that the parking is free.

8 golfers who booked 4 x 2 bed duplex rooms - exceptional size and perfect for us all. Great location and short stroll away form plenty of bars and restaurants Breakfast choices were brilliant. Bonus was on site hotel parking. The bar and lounge areas were light and spacious and very clean and modern.

To be honest there is nothing we would have changed at all.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Must have had 5 people ask if I wanted coffee or something else at breakfast.

The air conditioning unit in the room was not functional. Luckily, it wasn't too hot, but as always, air conditioning in hotels always seems to be an issue.

Location was perfect for Table Mountain, Lions Head and Table Mountain with Camps Bay only a short drive away. Room was tidy and clean with a comfortable bed and great view of Table Mountain. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome

The only thing I don't like is the decor! This does not matter in the least as the hotel and rooms are clean, neat, comfortable and the staff were excellent!

the staff were amazing every one of them especially Mbassa (eggspert) he greeted us each morning with a big smile and after the first day he remembered our specific egg orders the ambience was amazing food was exceptional cocktails were on point too everywhere was clean

the cooling system in my room was faulty.. would go off on its own, I woke up several times each night to adjust the temperature. also the black out blinds did a poor job of preventing sun rays .. was up every morning by 6am .. while on holiday the gym only had one functional Threadmill, was tough getting a spot in the mornings

Location. Aesthetics. Comfortable and Clean. Staff was excellent.

I really did not like the very lukewarm water in the shower. I honestly felt like I was nearly having an almost cold shower. That’s the only reason I may not consider staying there in the future.

Good location, quieter than some other hotels. The staff were really good, especially Alex & the porter, didn’t get his name but they both couldn’t do enough to help. Everyone was friendly & greeted us with a smile.
