I think this property is perfect for shorter term stays. Guests wanting to stay for more than a few days might want mote room features.

I would love to see this property have key pads for access to the main entrance as opposed to keys each room comes with a stack of four keys, which if you're traveling, you certainly don't want to lose them. 😁 A hot and cold mixer for the showers would also be beneficial to regulate the water temp.

Place is really located great - underneath the Tablemountain. Easy to park right in front of the house. Perfectly situated in the Kloof Street area. Great showers & beds!

It is an older building with the characteristics that old buildings have - nothing bad, but not modern. And to be honest that is also the charm of the place.

Location close to eateries, convenient for shopping, lovely area for walking. Mountain on your doorstep. Light filled bathroom with bath. Netflix entertainment, huge bed. On bus route. Use of dining room and fridge. Arranged airport shuttle. Friendly host.

More light in bedroom would be great.

The location in the Gardens was nice. So many places to go nearby and eat or be around the friendly people of Cape Town.

This is nothing against the property. It's just the geography of the area is very hilly. So just be prepared to take time and get some good exercise.

- The uniqueness of the rooms. - Cleanliness was on a top-notch - The staff was very welcoming and helpful - The overview outside the room is super cool - I will highly recommend my friends

- Your TV is outdated - The flag on the outside balcony is torn and looks horrible please remove it - Soap is limited in the rooms you only have the jelly one if you need to wash your panties or handkerchief you can not wash

Good location close to Table Mountain, Camps Bay and it is quick to get into central Cape Town, short drive or taxi. Very welcoming and friendly staff Charmain and Liz do a great job. Liz makes a lovely breakfast with a smile! Good pubs / bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Nice balcony to relax on, with views of Table Mountain and Signal Hill. We liked it so much we booked again for a night at a later date before leaving.

The nearby road is a little noisy in the day time but this gets quieter at night and didn't bother us.

It is in a good location, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Table Mountain and lion head Mountain are both nearby, 2 - 3 km away. Breakfast was very good. Early check-in was a bonus. Hotel Manager Charmaine provided excellent service.

Facilities were a bit dated. Cleanliness could be improved.

Absolutely amazing hospitality from Charmaine and Lisa, and great location. Very clean rooms.

The only downside was a ticking noise at night that kept my partner up sometimes at night.

Great central location right in the middle of town - right in the area for all the best restaurants and bars - Great short stay option.

Thandie and Lisa are sooo sweet. The location is great as it’s just a 5 minute walk to the lovely Kloof street. I got a room with access to the courtyard which was lovely! The breakfast was lovely as well. Yogurt, lots of fruits, granola, and eggs with tomatoes and mushroom 😊 There were around 12 pillows on the bed 😆

The wifi wasn’t working when I was there, but I’m guessing I was just unlucky! Also the room was a bit cold even with the heater on probably because the building is old and the windows/doors aren’t sealed well! If you tend to get cold easily, you may have to layer up!
