Definitely all staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was tidied every day. The bed was compfrotable and clean. I really enjoyed the balcony. The breakfast was wonderful and full of choice. The retaurant served delicious food for dinner too. The free shuttle to and from the airport/city centre is a wonderful complimentary solution. It's a very safe place as well with 24-hour security staff at the gate. The suite was so spacious, and the proce was much reasonable. I really enjoyed the place.

Well, I guess the suites need some revitalising for sure. I'd rather the door to the room be more hermetic to prevent any insects getting into the room underneath. The load shedding (no power) might be some nuisance but one can easily get used to that too. You may also treat it as some kind of attraction. The reception provided exact hours for that each day and it was very helpful. One should bear in mind that the wi-fi doesn't work when it happens though. On the other hand you can survive withour electricity for two hours or so. The hotel is not in the city centre but the shuttle can take you there with no problem.

Staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was really good. We loved it. The manager of the hotel was so accommodating and friendly m excellent service. The shuttle driver was so professional and really great, on time and efficient. Thank you so much 🙏

In the unit, the taps were broken, the bed leg was broken in one of the rooms, there was no actual lounge in the 6 sleeper family suite. A longe is very important or maybe a couch in the kitchen area for people to relax together. It was very difficult for family to sit together or play board games etc in the kitchen area, there were no couches to rest or relax. Maybe consider putting a 2 seater couch in that area.

The service was excellent from the communication prior to arrival to the drop off at the airport. Staff accommodated all of our needs, desires graciously and professionally. Complimentary breakfast, shuttle accommodations, very clean, budget friendly and I secured the room I wanted. The onsite restaurant has very good food also. A short walking distance to great food, coffee and City Center. I couldn’t have asked for more. We especially enjoyed Driver/Conceirge Mario’s daily commitment to making sure we were happy and our weekly Cleaning lady’s commitment to excellence.

Load shedding was inconvenience when we were home. It’s a CapeTown problem. The property does the best they can to prepare us by providing the daily time without power. After the first couple of nights we just stayed out at V&A Waterfront so it was no longer an issue. Location was not my ideal choice.

Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Rooms were large enough and clean. House keeping came every day and provided new towels every day. Also, the tours you can book via the hotel are well-organized and nice.

One has to keep in mind that the hotel is located a little bit out of the centre. This means, especially at night, that you should rather travel by taxi then by foot.

Simple but spacious apartments well located for attractions. Great food and atmosphere in the on-site pub. Rates for both very reasonable. Special thanks to staff who were able to accommodate our room changes, offer advice on shopping and transport, and to Mario for much-needed airport transfers and driving my family around the Cape Town attractions. Recommended.

Full power generator back-up during load shedding.

The place was just like the photo's but very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed every moment of our stay we could chill at the pool with our drinks and play music the kids enjoyed the pool very much.The buffet breakfast was a bonus.

The breakfast could have changed a little and not the same buffet every morning.

I liked that the place was clean and private space.. It was close to different attractions. We got to start with a breakfast before heading for the day outing. The suites got cleaned regularly.

The main breakfast menu was more or less the same so for being there for 5 days, the breakfast got a bit much. Early ours of the morning, I had 2 people knocking on my bedroom window shouting for someone I didn't even know. The fan and lights were connected, so when I switched off the lights, the fan switched off too making it extremely hot during the night time.

Room was very spacious and thanks i got a room with a balcony..breakfast..was nice as usual..

House keeping came at 10:25 and the lady was like she wanted us to go out because she wants to clean ..i was very dissapointed we had to rush beacuse she was waiting for us at the door😡😡 every time i visit cape town i always stay at your hotel because i love it ...was never pressurised to go out and it was not even check out yime yet

The room was clean, and the Location is good can't complain, breakfast was perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful, from the reception to the cleaners.

I understand the issue of load shedding is affecting everyone in our country, the hotel should have a backup system in times like that, especially during breakfast time. We had to wait for electricity to be back at the dining hall to have fried eggs and wait for the water to boil.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was always available to assist and friendly. The hotel has a free shuttle available to guests to the waterfront, city center and airport. The drivers gave the best information about the area and places to visit. Also enjoyed the Breakfast.

The breakfast area got packed and there would be no place to sit. Once you had dished for yourself, you could not take your food as take away. We were forced to wait for available space to sit and eat
