the lady at help desk her name is Anita. she was amazing.. helpful always available to assist with great attitude.. breakfast was amazing. the facility has enough elevators it's a plus. potters always available to assist. have a birthday? this is a proper place to go. they make extra arrangements for u.

we called to make arrangements about our room setup and the lady promised us to put our rooms next to each other as we were traveling with kids, but we got there and the arrangements were not made.. sadly our babies had to be in 4-5 rooms away from ours. that gave me anxiety. side pedestals are tables please make proper pedestals. they come in handy when you want to put things such as chargers onside. closets have no allowance to hang long dresses.

Rooms are very cool and modern. Everything clean and smooth. The design of the hotel was very cool. Personnel was friendly. Good location - easy to call and Uber/Bolt to, or very easy to walk to the nearest bus station which will safely transport you around the city. My general impression is great. Will recomend to others.

Opening hours for the pool could be longer.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food (room service/ breakfast) is outstanding. Breakfast is great …9/10. Many many varieties, even for us as Muslims. Room is spacious and clean .

1- Location is a little bit away from halal restaurants and other attractions. 2- Coffee in the breakfast was average , could be better. 3- Some small additions could make a big differences: hooks in the bathrooms, shelves near to washers for amenities. Extend the lunch offers until 7pm , specially for tourists .

That there was no microwave in the room. The room i was given had no views, unfortunately. I had an upset stomach after I had the beef ribs on 7th August 2024. I had them before when I stayed there I'm not sure what happened this time.

New and trendy. Very friendly staff and always willing to go the extra mile. Rooms sounded like they were sound proof. The breakfast selection is pretty good. Best is the tea variety available.

Asked for city view room and was looking at KPMG sign by my window. The rooftop bar is limited, there’s no specific menu for what they offer there, most things are only offered downstairs. The bartender wasn’t very forthcoming or helpful, unlike the rest of the hotel staff.

The staff, JP, Chris, Maurice and both concierges were a highlight and full of fun for us. The breakfast had a wide selection, the coffee section could be upgraded and more servers. Had the best nights sleep and the towels were amazing. The mini-bar fridge in the room is the biggest by far, could fit so much in it which was amazing. A smart tv was a bonus. Hotel was very clean and the restaurant gets busy at night so you need to book. Will definitely return again.

Room service was slow, took almost an hour to receive 2 more coffee sachets. Only 1 towel was provided the one night so had to ask for another one.

Thandeka from reception is an absolute gem! So kind and welcoming. Food was great too.

That you no longer supply robes, we didn’t have enough towels in our room. And small things like shower caps, sanitary towel bags were missing. There were barely tissues in the box and the TP was not a fresh role.

The suite was like home away from home. Super spacious and functional. perfect for a family of 4 or more and value was impressive relative to the price. Beautiful views of Table mountain and the city. Central location - you can reach the VA Waterfront in minutes and the CTICC is just round the corner. TV entertainment was great - lots to watch for the family. Highly recommend.

Shower in master bedroom drained very slowly and so water pooled while bathing. The drains smelled quite bad in the living room. Wasn't obvious on the first day because of the air freshener but came out stronger in subsequent days.

The breakfast was exceptional, don't change anything. Your staff are all very well trained to be great ambassadors to the place, well done. I chose this place by pure accident and was pleasantly surprised. Keep it up. (from a fellow ex South African who is a hospitality consultant and own a restaurant and bar in Norway)

what i didn't like is unfortunately out of your control. I dint like the fact that I did not have the freedom to walk outside. When I arrived the staff advised me that it is very unsafe, this was sad. I wish that was different, but i understand that it out of your control. A nice warm place like Cape Town as a guest I would love to take a walk in the city to a restaurant. of choice, and this was so unfortunate that I could not enjoy the weather

The hotel is well presented with all the facilities you need to hand. The rooms were studio style and were kept clean all through our stay and bedding/towels refreshed every few days which we appreciated. The location is very central and did not cost a lot to get a taxi to the waterfront (30 minute walk). Some of the staff were very helpful, polite and courteous (reception & security). The bar and restaurant area were also quite lively at night so didn’t feel the need to go far for entertainment.

There were some staff not being courteous and sometimes borderline rude (housekeeping and restaurant). Also the pool area had a slight smell of sewage. If possible to open outside windows on that floor once in a while that’d make it so much better. Room service can be improved upon, lasagne we ordered was burnt.
