We arrived very late and communicated this with the host in advance. The host kept in touch with us, made arrangements for our late arrival and all went smoothly. The location is excellent and while the main purpose of our stay was for business, the central location made it easy to use any spare time to visit some of the wonderful sites and scenery that Cape Town has to offer. The V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain cable car station, Kirstenbosch, scenic drives - all within easy reach as the venue is within easy reach from all main highways. Clean, comfortable, breath-taking views, friendly hosts and suppor staff, well equipped - we could not have asked for anything more.

The host have thought about it all when it comes to the needs of travellers - simply the best.

Feeling not safe

The location is perfect, very quiet and safe with good solar lighting backup during load shedding. Our unit, BOUGANVILLE COTTAGE , was modernly painted and furnished with warm colors which reflected great natural light. Very well equipped with basic essentials, even sewing and medical aid kits! Especially loved the kitchen, very user friendly, well equipped, small and easy to manage. Lots of privacy, hardly saw any one even though the vehicle parking is shared with other guests. The bed linen and bathroom towels were extremely clean. The cleaning staff conducted their duties very quietly. The managers Ayesha and Lutfiya are pleasant ladies and were always available.

This a self catering apartment, no breakfast included. However, on Sunday's morning before we check out the owner offered us very nice cake for our breakfast as a bonus. She was very accommodative and warmed welcoming.

We had everything we needed even more and we loved everything at Star apartments and we would highly recommend to any readers to enjoy the staying at this beautiful and very neat place. Our next holiday with kids we are going to enjoy staying at either Erica or Arum lily.

Perfect location with great views. The accommodation and facilities were perfect for my family. Apartment was very clean. Staff were friendly, absolutely enjoyed the complimentary koeksisters which was an unexpected pleasant surprise.

A slight smell from the drains which did not detract from our overall very good experience of the facilities.

Everything was perfection. I searched for so many days trying to find the perfect apartment and im so lucky to find star apartments!

The bed was my only issue it was 2 single beds joined which does not work well when you cuddle and sleep because the middle of the bed hurts you

The manager was friendly, exceptional, attentive and helpful. She communicated with us from the get-go and made our stay stress-free. The personal touch with the complimentary koek sisters on the Sunday was just fantastic. The place was squeaky clean and had so many extra little things reflecting the thoughtfulness of the host. The area is safe and quiet. The parking garage opens into the apartment. Lovely, lovely place.

Absolutely nothing

-Ms Lutfeya the manager was super nice and friendly. -The housekeeping were great, and they took care of the smallest details and kept everything clean and neat. -The location is safe and close to almost everything. -This is by far the most pleasant and comfortable stay we have ever had abroad. I will definitely recommend it to friends. It's litteraly a home away from home as Ms lutfeya said :) as it has everything you might need.

The property was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. It really felt like home. The complementary coffee, tea, cookies and milk was a nice touch. The washing machine and complimentary washing powder made laundry easy and the drying racked helped as well. The property had conditioning as well.
