Everything was amazing and beautiful(OMG the bathroom), it's soooooo clean and definitely value for money. I'm a heavy tea drinker and when I requested Paedo for extra sachets he didn't hesitate to give me extra, now that's what we call going an extra mile for your customers😊

NOTHING! , just a request though🤔. I know check-out time is at 10:00 but at least give people a 5-10min extra window time. We had to check out with the guy already in the room, while still inspecting if we took everything mind you that time it was 10:03. But all in all, the apartment was EVERYTHING, I'll definitely come back.

Nice views and spacious.

No air-conditioning or fire place makes the heating and cooling nearly impossible. A small heater was provided that is typically used for micro apartments. Not effective for use in a huge penthouse type apartment. No hair dryer provided. Bathrooms entrance are wrongly positioned away from the bedrooms, one opens out into passage the other into kitchen. One wonders which architect for a luxury apartment has a toilet opening into the kitchen. No additional bedding was supplied for cold front.

Massive apartment with a beautiful view of Table Mountain. Comfortable bedding, big closets. Netflix on the TV. Someone messaged me on WhatsApp, which made the check in process go much smoother than expected as I arrived late at night.

No option for "do not disturb". Someone made my bed while I was out yet didn't replace the coffee / tea that was used. Slightly unsafe area, but I was aware of that when booking. Parking and arriving after hours was a bit confusing.

Peado the host was so responsive and really good. He made sure all our needs were taken care off. It was comfortable and I loved that the apartment was serviced everyday

On arrival, the flat had an awful smell and the shower was very dirty from the previous occupier. Some attention to these details would have been appreciated as it was uncomfortable to experience. An inventory of items in the apartment should be taken and items provided noted as some items were missing and/or damaged. The ad showed a washing machine, but this was not the case. For a 5 day stay, it did make things complicated.

The property is exceptional, more than what I expected

The location is a bit scary but driving there is the safest way to navigate at night

I liked the overall apartment, it was very Cosy and had everything I needed.

Who still lets their guests experience Loadshedding? At least they need to get a UPS for the wifi for the least. Also, if you are planning on staying here then be advised that you will need to pay R500 deposit which is fully refundable after check out. I wish I was aware of this whole making the booking.

Self catering apartment. I cooked my own meals. However a varierty of resturants and pubs are all in close proximity from the apartment and very easy to access. The location of the apartment is close to perfect you can find.

Just 1 decent/standard sized pot for cooking a meal. The 2 pots in the unit are too small. Maybe 1 or 2 medium sized glass bowls for a salad would help alot specially coz its self catering

It's an apartment that caters to ones needs. Enough space for 2 people. Big TV with streaming platforms available, i didn't need to use my credentials (loved that) Central to every place i needed. Uber rides were easy to request Shower pressure is perfect Couch comfortable and offered another place to sit besides the bed

THE BED - Sagging and horrible quality of sheets. Bed is also small. At least change to a queen/ queen XL size bed. Invest in a nice inner duvet from MR P their sheets are great too. Make an extra duvet/comforter avail too Clean the balcony Fan, because it gets hot in there. you cant close blinds n have windows open. Get a mirror in the bedroom. Even if its put on the inside door of the closet Give more info about activities in the area

Mostly everything, I’m not sure why I thought it was a loft.

here were a few things , like the fan not working , the window not being able to open and the pub gets really loud at night

It’s modern and clean The disturbing thing is, there’s NO management on site that resulted in my neighbours (young African boys and girls)making noise for the whole night , playing loud music, singing and dancing until I reported the incident around 4am but unfortunately I lost the entire day and a half on rest, even when I came back the second day of my stay the securities were trying to control them but there were uncontrollable, as for me, it was an inconvenience.

They didn’t have DSTV, kids missed out on favourite channels
