The hotel room was very beautiful with views of the table mountain. The hotel has a free shuttle that do drop offs and pick up from hotel to the mall. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods items. The safari desk had great offers.

The hotel should have a free pick up and drop off to the airport.

Clean, well run and near the airport. It felt secure inside the hotel, which was inside a mall complex with security at the front and has an adjacent car park. The hotel also booked our transport to the airport. Good value for money for those wanting a reliable, comfortable hotel near the airport (20 mins max)

The woodstock area is well located for airport and for a short drive into central locations like the V&A waterfront. However, guests should take care not to walk around the area at all as it is risky, as long as you uber/drive straight up to the door then this is a safe location.

Comfortable room in a quiet hotel which tourists will need a taxi to reach. Restaurant offers nice food and bar a wide choice of drinks. Hotel is in a mixed hotel, office, retail, residential development so without leaving the building there is a convenience store and a couple of Asian food outlets for cheaper food. Public areas feel spacious and airy. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Waterfront, but it's not that frequent so we found Uber better met our needs.

View of the motorway and a massive self-storage facility isn't exactly glamorous - but if you want a view I guess you'll stay near the Waterfront and pay more.

The breakfast was great, a lot of variety whether you wanted hot or cold. I stayed here 6 years ago and it was great to see the shuttle to V&A waterfront was still operating, as well as the airport shuttle for a small price. The staff were as lovely as ever and big shout out to Elna for making me feel welcome and making my mornings - she even made me a little takeaway bag for the start of my tour after me eating very little for breakfast. Great location to well known spots in Cape Town. Thank you - if I come back to Cape Town, I’ll be back for a third time!

My key card didn’t always work but was quickly sorted out by members of staff. It may also have been the way I was putting the key card in but apart from that - no issues.

They have generators running throughout loadshedding now, so we don't have to worry about it anymore. Makes it nice and convenient to stay there.

First time in over 20 stays where my food and delivery of it was disappointing. I waited over 1 hour for a steak and veggies and they missed out an item as well. But it was the first time, so I will not let that cloud my ratings!

The staff were wonderful! Especially the ladies who took care of my room. They staff in the restaurant were wonderful as well. Everyone treated me so nice! They made my stay even more enjoyable.

I am a "picky" eater and so I was frustrated with the menu options. The options I did have were delicious; I just wished I had more options to choose from, especially salads. But, other than my personal preference, everything was good!

The room and view was great. The room was stocked with water tea and coffee. I really liked the shower gel, body cream, shampoo & conditioner mounted onto the wall. I used these everyday. I forgot a dress in the cupboard and the friendly staff helped me get it back with much ease. I hugely appreciated the shuttle bus to the two oceans marathon start. Thank you for that!

The only complaint is the fan that couldn't be turned off in the room. I could turn off the air conditioner but there was still a fan running. I have trouble sleeping if there is any noise at all so it did bother me a little.

Room was beautiful. kept clean. An ironing board an iron were available at my convenience. The room has a fridge. The availability of a gym at my door. It was a great place to come back to after a very long day. The complementary cookie.

On my last night there, the cleaning of the room was done but a towel that was placed on the foot of the shower was removed. I almost slipped walking out of the shower, those towels are a great touch for safety.

Breakfast was great and the staff were were very attentive and friendly. Our room was great with a view of the mountain. The beds were comfortable There were good facilities with a convenience store and a Korean cafe on the ground floor. There was a shuttle service to the waterfront.

Limited lunch options for vegetarians in the hotel restaurant.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and had all amenities that were necessersary - water, coffee and tea and kettle, and fridge etc. The eco bath and shower products were nice. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money.

The reception staff at check-in were not very informative, and not clearly audible as there was a lot of noise in the lobby from a function. For example - had to ask about wifi; loadshedding schedules were not forthcoming, AND the fact that the air conditioning switched off at the start and end of loadshedding was extremely annoying in the middle of the night. Also the safe was not working at all - I think the battery was dead. The reception staff could not deal with this. I think the price of the Hotel has gone up significantly since 2022 December when I last stayed, yet there is no added value for this amount of money.
