The staff - especially Tracy and her team for looking after the Two Oceans athletes. Everything from understanding what athletes would need and how to make everyone feel special. The shuttle to and from the finish, the welcoming event to the hotel after the race, the pre- breakfast spread - EVERYTHING was top notch and well organised.

I love everything - if there's a small detail they could have been better at is to ensure house keeping was done after breakfast in the morning as later on after the race, athletes need their shower and sleep.

The supper service was extremely slow - we waited 1hour 30min for our dessert. I had a call to attend to and couldn't wait any longer at the table, at this point 50min had passed and they were going to bring it up to our room which then took a further 40min. It appeared that there were only 2 gentleman as waiters and they were also doing room service. There were plenty of ladies around but they were just getting table ready for the next morning. We left our table at 20:50 as I had a call at 21:00 This was the only negative

Usual standard of an established hotel group, nothing exceptual for a vertically morning check out, helpful front desk.

The Booking.com did not live up to its promise of complementary transfer (to airport)..hotel had no instruction to provide or arrange from Booking.com. Most disappointed with Booking.com. Southern Sun did however arrange required early morning transport at client expense..poor marks for Booking.com

The calm setting, excellent welcoming staff, the breakfast buffet and the fact that it was 50 metres away from my two Oceans race start point! But the best part was the hotel offered full breakfast as from 3am on both racedays and there were takeaway coffees to warm the chilly morning at the starting pens. For this reason alone I'm never staying anywhere else when I'm in CT!

The need to overhaul the bathrooms and install proper shower cubicles. The old style of shower in the bathtub with a curtain is so 1990s😀

My room was very big and comfortable with very nice view. Breakfast was better than I expected. Parking is big enough. Room service excellent

Some stafff member at the reception could be more friendly for customers ( some are very nice and some not).There is missing some fitness room.It was a little too far from city center for me but in the near is a lot of shop.

The hotel is well designed. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is nice.

The Wi-Fi was not the speed I would expect from a business hotel. Check-in felt relatively inflexible and I had to wait around 90 minutes on arrival to do so. When waiting there was not so much seating space to feel comfortable. The hotel could provide more bottled water (one small bottle a day felt not enough)

We had a great time with the family and will definitely book again soon. The breakfast was of outstanding quality and the selection was great, thank you! See you soon

Over all everything was good, fresh and clean. We just struggled to replace the toilet paper into the very fancy fitting behind the marble counter in the bathroom. Not so user friendly, but apart from that everything else was fantastic.

Very clean, updated rooms, excellent breakfast, good dinner too. A big shoutout to the front end supervisor, Delnade Esterhuizen, for his amazing help when our flights to Cape Town were canceled three times with the result our room reservation changed at the last minute. Thank you!

Bath faucet was not working. However, when we mentioned the problem, the maintenance team arrived promptly and fixed the problem.

We went for the ICC T20 World Cup Womens Cricket so this was the perfect location for us! 5 minute wak to the ground. The staff where absolutely amazing went out their way to make us feel welcome and help us with everything. They went above and beyond when it came to taking care of us while we were there. We had an excursion so would have missed breakfast so they packed us a generous bag of food to take with us. This was the perfect place for us and many of our tour company's did come and pick us up from the hotel which was nice as we were just outside Cape Town main city. The hotel management staff and all the other staff members were amazing! Thanks for the amazing service you provided!
