The chalet was absolutely lovely and especially the jacuzzi was perfect. Everything was provided .

Hotel should have informed us of renovations that where going on. Bit of inconvenience.

Cnstruction is currently taking place, wont allow you to connect to other devices than your phone, Check in is at 3pm with no flexibility - most places allow an earlier check in. inflatablee water park looked dirty and dated and nothing like the video being much smaller in reality, plus there are additional charges for kids facilities where most resorts have it for free.

Delightful surprise. So well laid out and excellent maintenance. Clean and the views and facilities were amazing. Loved the drive to the dam. The supper was lovely. Excellent food and service. The view was breathtaking, too beautiful.

On arrival no tea or coffee available in the unit and when it was requested there was a shortage of milk. No phone contact with reception.

Facilities were clean, lots of activities. Views were amazing and the units were fully serviced daily except Sundays. Units and surroundings very well maintained. Amazing views, especially near the pool area. Convenience store has a limited selection of daily items (expensive).

No heaters provided in rooms until requested - ideally should have air conditioning. Staff outside of reception not very friendly. Pool closed early - it is winter but the pool is heated and I would like to swim in the evening. A washer and dryer would be very helpful for long term stays - currently you have to make use of the laundry facilities which you have to drop off at reception.

Hot tub didn’t work and was told it’s a splash pool? Maintenance workers installing electrical cables right next to us. Restaurant was too expensive and food wasn’t good. House was supposed to have a coffee maker? But there was no plunger or machine. The wood was expensive so we bought outside the resort from the local kids rather. The road here is terrible and we won’t return because of how difficult it is to get here. The doors facilities at the beach club were a little overrated. And expensive.

the property is modern and the views are to die for

the restaurant is a big disappointment. The menu is limited, understaffed, minimum waiting time for the food is 1hour even if there are only two tables being served. the food is not tasty at all, they prepare them they way they want/know not according to your request. they don’t have a chef but it is just a general worker trying their best.

The entire resort was amazing and we had so much of fun. The restaurant had delicious meals too. I love that the facilities are free and the ones that aren't are extremely affordable. I'll definitely be back with the kiddies to enjoy! Also, the room had a bar fridge and there were spots we could braai. That's was wonderful - I wish the bar fridge and braai facility options were made known to us - it wasn't included in the pics.

I wish we had known that the couple were adjacent to family houses (sharing one wall) - this sucked a little because each family unit has a couple unit on either side and family units can be so noisy. Everytime the kids screamed, played in the pool or watched their cartoons it was like being in a house with a whole other family and having my door closed. Maybe sound proof or something...

We stopped at Cayley for 2 nights. It has a lot to offer and has the most beautiful views. We could also use it as a base for exploring the area (for example, the cafes and shops in the area and the bird of prey centre). We didn’t have the best check in as the person at the reception seemed to be having an off day & was not very pleasant or helpful — it’s also worth noting that some villas have a very loud pumps that kept the more sensitive sleepers in our group awake & the restaurant is honestly not very good. Otherwise, great for kids and groups! Lots of room & heated pools. Would definitely return.

The place is beautiful and clean

The road leading to Cayley is horrible especially with a small car, the restaurant is bad with limited options and the food is almost tasteless, they have nothing not even a simple chicken, please stop saying your breakfast is a buffet because that's not the case instead you are embarrassing your staff coz we were forced to ask them do you guys know what is a buffet? We were then forced to use your horrible road coz we had to go out to get some proper food from the nearby restaurants, your mushroom sauce had zero taste.
