What a gem of a place. We look for three things when booking a place - secure parking for our motorcycles, a hot shower and a comfortable bed. This has all three of those. The nights are chilly but there was a heater in the room and an electric blanket in the bed. The host was super helpful and friendly and cooked us a wonderful steak supper. Breakfast was also very good. A lovely garden we could walk around in. A lovely stay.

We had spent 32 hours in the snow . I called Karen at 8. I explained our situation. She made a plan. Our room was ready by 11. Thank you, Karen . We were able to shower and sleep, which was long overdue at that point. The most beautiful birds in the beautiful garden helped us relax . Karen and her team are caring, understanding, and serve to please. Bless you 🙏

Thank you Karen for moving us to a bigger room which was larger, more comfortable and clean. There are some renovations done in the lounge but it was quiet as soon as workers left. We had a delicious curry for dinner and a tasty breakfast. We enjoyed walks through the lovely green garden and sat outside on the patio listening to the birds in the riverbush.

There was nothing we didnt like.

The breakfast and location was very well presented and positioned. The response from the staff was excellent. Customer excellence is top of their strategy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The host went out of her way to keep us informed regarding access of regional roads. They prepared a very nice dinner and breakfast. Rooms had access to many DSTV channels. They were truly very helpful and friendly - much recommended. Safe parking for my vehicle on the premises.

It had a very home-like feeling, the rooms were good and the service especially so. Really enjoyed the warm blankets during the winter season and place was clean and organized

I believe one of the showers in the opposite room 3 had an issue with blending temperatures between hot and cold, meaning it was either very hot or very cold. But the rest of them were good

They warm up the room for you, they also switch on the electric blanket, the bed was nice and warm when we got there,the breakfast was also nice,the owner of the place is super friendly and really made us to feel at home.

The cleanliness and the location. The host Kethiwe was very welcoming at that late hour of the evening, and friendly. She also looked after us and served us breakfast. Worked till lare and woke up early to serve us.

The room I was in was a bit small and did not have enough space for movement. Wish the bathroom mirror was slightly bigger than what you have and wish there was a vanity in the bathroom to put things while cleaning up and applying makeup.

Good for a short stay, neat and clean. Breakfast was amazing! Needs a bit of care and I wasn’t sure if I could open windows or not. Must be very hot in summer without air conditioning

The remote in the outside room was a bit of an issue, but I was mostly on my laptop so it didn't matter.
