Great stay—comfortable beds, very clean, excellent location, and great value for money. Highly recommended!

The kitchen facilities were generally useful, but there was a shortage of glasses, and it would’ve been helpful to have a grater and a wooden spoon for mixing pap. A few small additions would really improve the experience.

Love the kids play area, the animals and the pool. Bed was also comfortable.

The shower taps. It’s hard to balance the water temperature. Water was either ice cold or extremely hot. Please look into getting modern taps and shower doors.

Your Place is beautiful, and it is close to N3, I always enjoy your breakfast. On a lighter there two cute dogs that kept company whilst looking for a room

I spent an hour in the evening looking for our family room. we tried looking for the security unfortunately we were told he is on leave on 07/09/24.

The location

Amenities. Especially the hot water facility. Either it's extremely hot (I actually burnt my hands) or extremely cold. could not adjust the taps to get the required hot water for bath.

The hot water in the shower is a challenge. When you have the hot water on it is very hot but when you add cold water it goes cold and you cannot get the water to be comfortable. Thanks

Richard was absolutely amazing. We arrived a little late and we were concerned that the restaurant would be closed by the time we arrived but Richard and the staff were absolutely accommodating and served us. Waking up to the most amazing view ever!

We did not have room service to clean our room or change linen throughout out stay

The room that were initially booked for self-catering I didn't have much however we were then moved to another room that was much better than what we had booked

I would 2 sleeper self-catering units did not have any utensils glasses cooking equipment however they did rectify the mistake and moved us to the 6 sleeper cabin

We didn't order breakfast

Not much other than first day hot water wasn't working properly, I think we heard that there was an issue with piping of which they fix during the day, the next day water was working fine

the geyser didn't work for us in the morning
