As always, our stay was delightful. Pine Lodge serves as our family's home away from home. Our son, who has special needs, thoroughly enjoys the freedom to run around in the open and safe surroundings, as well as visiting the swimming pool. The room is serviced daily, and the staff is consistently helpful.

We experienced disruptions from our neighbours, who were excessively loud and intoxicated well past ten at night. Additionally, the power supply was interrupted due to the braai pan, and the mini gas stove was out of gas, leaving us unable to prepare meals. Furthermore, on two out of the four nights, we lacked access to warm water for bathing.

Overall, a satisfactory experience. Enjoyed the facilities and great staff experience. Reception staff went out of way to accommodate us when we forgot our frozen meat, staff arranged to store the meat for us in a freezer and we collected after a week. Also a bonus, really enjoyed and satisfied with the refurbished bathrooms especially the newly installed mixers in the bathrooms. Happy with the security with the access gates. Will be back

Pool was dirty lots of leaves, dirt. And cold. Would appreciate perhaps a warmer pool

Firstly Renate the reception lady was so very welcoming . On arrival opening our door we got a surprise, my daughter was so surprised and loved it, we appreciate welcoming us like that THANK YOU . We loved the garden scenic outside our door . The son loved the playground but, most of all we loved the pool area. Ooh the rabbit and frogs was the best thing ever it made my 5 year old son talking non stop about it. We are definitely coming back and bringing all our siblings. the best view and everyone was so friendly. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend away .

The staff were able to accommodate us very last minute. Apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities available. Beautiful view of the mountains.

There was a door inside our apartment which connected to the apartment next door. It wasn't locked and residents could easily access ours. It was opened once accidentally by the neighbours and didn't make us feel comfortable.

Great location very secure peaceful ☺️ and beautiful environment for both children and adults 👌🏾I also loved it that it was just right opposite my Kingdom Hall for Jw.org🙏🏾👌🏾

The floor drains in the bathroom the water kept flowing in the all bathroom area ..build a small edge between & toilet to prevent water from flowing everywhere in the bathroom

The Gardens and grass was beautiful. A perfect set up for holidays and family time. It's close to shopping malls so you can quickly get some groceries. It has a tennis court and pool to enjoy. The place was clean. The bed was so comfortable. You have dstv. It was great. Margot at reception was warm friendly and helpful. I appreciated that.

The phone number on the gate to get in did not always work.

Location was very central for our needs. The accommodation was spacious and very neat. The playground was ideal for my children. Also the price was really value for money.

I would have preferred a double bed instead of 2 single beds put together , but other than that we loved the place.

The chalet was clean and serviced daily. Clean towels were given every day. The house consists of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.

More privacy. The semi detached chalets was literally separated by a single door. We could hear the conversation of the guests in the attached house

I did not like the fact that the blankets that were in the cupboards were dirty. They could also make a plan during load shedding. Most of the places we as family went to had a plan for load shedding. Even if it is a candle. Other than that we did love our stay at pine lodge. Will make use of it again
