Prompt friendly service Quiet and peaceful

Even though there are breakfast and dinner options, i wouldve liked a little bar fridge in the room to keep beverages cold. We had to buy a coolerbox to keep water bottles in it and luckily the hotel has an ice machine which staff had no issues when we collected some ice for the coolerbox which helped alot, so the ice machine is a big plus and was greatful🤗..

I unfortunately am disappointed at the fact that I've checked out on Sunday and forgot my cooler bag at the lodge... I've called them and they have told me that I will get a phone call to confirm that they have found it but unfortunately to date I have not received feedback. I need to arrange for it to be collected but how can I when the lodge isn't giving me feedback at all...

This place was so close and convenient to everything around you the shops food restaurant the garage just everything very very convenient and the breakfast is beautiful we order supper awesome I must day I will definitely go there at anytime again

To be honest there was nothing not to like

The location was very good and the whole property is very well taken care of. The staff is very friendly. The overall price is worth it.

The breakfast could be improved more on variety and guests can be allowed to dish for themselves (Cooked breakfast) as the price is a bit up.

Excellent location. Next to the shopping mall and close to my client. Room was excellent. Bathroom, especially the shower was fantastic. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast was not included so we made use of the restaurants close-by.

Nothing not to like. Will definitely be back. Excellent value for money.

I appreciate it that I am able to always get the same room everytime I visit :-) I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and for their kindness towards my dad who lives in managed care. Their location is absolutely the best.Always remains my 1st choice for accommodation

I don't have any dislikes.the facility is good value for the money you pay. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. The room was clean, we got clean towels every day.

The only downside. There was no fridge in the room. Thankfully, we could store our stuff at the hotel fridge.

The location, seamless transition to own power during load shedding, really friendly and helpful staff, great food in the restaurant, comfortable bed

My room was close to the generator used for own power during load shedding, but I was happy to have that instead of a blackout

Excellent service from Adrian at reception desk. Staff very friendly. Ample parking. Clean rooms. Double bed a bit small suggest queen beds.

Drinks on menu however not available at bar. For example, no brutal fruit and no Dom petro, which is also a nice dessert

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were clean and tidy. Our room was comfortable, shower was hot, coffee and tea was supplied in room. Meals were available on site and were tasty and served promptly. Drinking water and ice were always available in passage. Lodge is conveniently situated close to major shopping center with a variety of restaurants and a cinema.

Guests taking in passageway near our room very late at night,disturbing our sleep.
