The room was spacious and the bed huge. Bathroom well designed and spotless. Staff couldn't have been more friendly. Siya, at Reception, was charming and very efficient as we're the ladies doing check in. Breakfast was more than adequate and delicious. The only negative comment was only receiving one tea bag, one sachet of coffee and one creamer in the room. Parking was plentiful and covered by CCTV and security. Being located right beside the N3 was great and no noise could be heard

Staff - Friendly from reception, housekeepers & Kitchen..... Humanity was outstanding. Cleanliness - I was impressed by neatness Considerate - They consider a special request done prior to arriving. Balcony was a bonus.

Intercom at the gate - When we were coming we pressed & waited until a car which was going out for the gate to open. Blanket - a spare blanket in the room can do. Soap - 2 soaps or a soap and a shower gel if a room is booked for 2 people not 1 cause its a small soap. There's room for improvement on the breakfast.... Tomato and onion gravy or baked beans can do..... you can probably add R50 on the booking or do one between the fish fingers and chicken nuggets and substitute the other one with baked beans/tomato & onion gravy.

When we arrived, the first impression the staff had was very pleasant. The room is nice and spacious, we slept like babies. It was not noisy at all, as at first because of the truck stop next to the facilities, we thought that we will have a very restless night, which was the complete opposite.

The fact that I had to first register to watch a movie on Netflix. There were only 1 bottle of water. (2 guests)

The welcoming of receptionist is top notch , everything we requested they didn’t hesitate to give us. we liked our room with a pool view, Cleaner’s come and clean the room 👌. The breakfast was good . The place outside is very beautiful clean I can give 10/10,their caretaker was very friendly. The pool is clean. We will definitely come back we definitely enjoyed our stay ❤️.

Breakfast was average. But we enjoyed it. My son enjoyed the gym facilities.

We requested for ice cubes but to no avail and when we finally decided to go get them from the nearest garage"(bear in mind it was late after 8pm and we were tired from Qwaqwa proceedingto JHB), the receptionist was surprised that ice cubes haven't been sent to our room. They organized a small ice bucket which was not even full and said they ran out. 🤭🤭🤭🤣🤣🤣

The people are exceptionally friendly and very helpful & responsive.

The breakfast food was just average and lacking in variety. Some the self serving stations had ran out of whatever was being served there and no one was constantly checking to ensure continuous food supply or availability.

We always book in at African Sky Inn when we have to do work in Harrismith and the reason is because this place meets all our satisfaction. The staff is friendly. the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is so worth your money. Thank you to the staff off African Sky Inn.

I found the cleanliness a pleasure to behold, the breakfast was exceptional, and the service was friendly and professional, and the bedding was very clean, something a person doesnt often see, and even against the odds with that side of town without electricity I never needed for a moment, we had power. The bathrooms were clean and no mildew. I have to mention the staff again ,they were exceptional.

Room cleaning very slow.. breakfast is expensive some items on the menu also expensive.. Definitely get better TV's...try DSTV or Disney+ Bar fridge to keep stuff in and cold...
