Wow , I booked Garden suite and was clean comfortable with free WiFi and airconditioner . The whole place is beautiful and peaceful with professional and friendly staff from receptionist to waiter and waitress in restaurant . Excellent breakfast and also excellent dinner buffets and also there is a restaurant with set menus . The property is situated at the great spot if you want to see most of Mpumalanga’s tourist attractions . My son enjoyed using the pool in afternoon . I will certainly come back again with a bigger group and hope to experience Boma . It’s a great place to book and also close to Kruger National Park park and Perry’s Bridge reptile centre and nearby restaurant for lunch .

Nothing , I will recommend it , I would like to see main house next time travelling with family .

The restaurant at Hotel Numbi offers a nightly buffet, which is convenient but could benefit from more à la carte options to better accommodate vegetarian, kosher, and halal guests. Expanding the menu would make the dining experience more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

The staff is very nice, friendly and respectful especially Daniel and the receptionist. The place is nearer to the mall and other entertainment facilities. It's clean, towels are changed daily. The manager is friendly and caring, always asking how we are doing and our plans for the day. Suggesting places for us and making sure that we enjoy Hazyview.Breakfast was very nice and delicious, dinner was also except that the braai meat was not well done. The bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that there were no wardrobes, the space on the cupboards is very small. Also that there is no microwave to warm up the milk for tea and food.

Our Aircon was broken, we used a heater, the bathroom sink is very loud and hard to open its scary at night, there was a very big cockroach that came out from our bathroom, the security at the gate gave us hard time upon arrival even when we showed him our confirmation and proof of payment my kids were very tired but he made it even worse he ruined everything for them and for me had to stay because I've paid in advance wanted to cancel at once plus I did not get the room I booked

The staff was welcoming and offering an exceptional service..The breakfast was the highlight of our stay very nice food the chefs did an awesome job🥰.The hotel is near the mall and petrol station everything is accessable.The rooms have aircon which helps as it was very hot during our stay and that they isupply with emollient lotion to use as there are a lot of mosquitos

Bedlinen was never changed for the entire stay they were just stretching up the linen which was not so much of a problem because my bed was always clean and also the bathroom had a weird smell even without using it. The pools were dirty for my liking and that theres no light at night next to the pools which means we cant use the pool after 18h00 as it gets so dark.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable place to be and the stuff is friendly.

As first time visitors, the staff should have shown us all facilities around, tell us to come for breakfast at pool deck in the morning, show us breakfast that's available, show us where the pools are and the operating times, show us where we will be having dinner. We didn't enjoy our breakfast buffet because we didn't know where the bread is, where the tea or juice was.

1.Family room - main room renovated with fresh white linen and clean white towels. 2. Bathroom/shower renovated, quite refreshing. 3. Friendly and professional staff. 4. Restaurant - food was lovely and well prepared.

1.If they can replace hallway carpets or deep clean. It leaves a stale and unfresh smell. 2. Aesthetics - the outside needs an entire renovation to be on par with the accommodation venues in the area. 3. The pool wasn't clean, which left the kids disappointed as they couldn't use this facility. 4. Housekeeping - The room wasn't cleaned properly. We found popcorn on the floor, mirrors had hands stains. There was a half opened beer in the fridge. One likes to get a feel of being the first in the room.

The food was absolutely fantastic – every meal was a delight. The staff truly stood out; they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

The rooms were extremely hot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not effective in cooling the space, making it uncomfortable. While this might be less of an issue during winter, the summer heat was definitely a problem.

breakfast was great! perfect selection and reasonable times. setting and location also very good. Sunday carvery dinner was amazing. Floor manager was outstanding. waiters/waitresses were great, and reception was very friendly at any given time. restaurant was also pretty good with very tasty food.

Family Room! two single beds for me and my wife??? not acceptable. if you selling a family room, make sure that there is at least one proper double bed.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was well placed for an overnight stay before heading into Kruger Park. The hotel had an "old world" charm and elegance but we stayed in the garden suites as they are more suited to families. The rooms were clean, fresh and fully supplied with shampoo, soap shower cap etc

I hesitated before booking as the hotel is in the center of "town", on the Main Road and close to the shopping centers. This was not a problem though as it is surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens and we were not aware of the road, also it was convenient to nip out for a family meal in one of the centers.
