The food was amazing, our waiter Neli was aweasome. Thank you for a great service.

There is a lot of trafic sounds at night (Tent accomodation), due to the main road being close to the lodge. Kindly inform visitors who are doing morning safari game drive to have warm clothes on, it's cold in the morning, especially when the safary bakkie is mobile, one needs proper warm clothing not just a jersy. We had light jerseys on, buy that was not enough. We (10 guets) were not provided with flees blankets on the moring safari (5:30 in the morning), were were freezing in that bakkie. Unfortunately the safari tour guide, was not aware that the blankets were under the back seat of the bakkie, only when we got to Skhukhuza for breakfast, we noticed the bag under the back seat.

The place is gorgeous 😍 the staff are so friendly and their food is worth it. The facilities are amazing especially if you a nature lover, they also have a game drive ...You can book for the game drive and payment at the reception instead of driving out the lodge to look for a place to go game driving.

We took the option of having dinner and breakfast. I like that the dinner was a 3 course meal... you have the option to bring your own beverages (nonalcoholic/alcoholic ) I upgraded to their luxury queen room, and I must say it was exceptional

Their family room is outdated. It's dark and sort of depressing. They should invest in better light fixtures. The room also appears to be neglected. It seems like it isn't cleaned often enough, so it ends up having a musky smell, which they try to cover up by using a chemical that makes it worse. The lighting should also be updated. The room

Place is central to activities, it's very good value for money. The staff pay attention to your needs and cater accordingly. Lovely place and very comfortable. The food was delicious.

The roofing is accessible to lizards/gecko we had one come into our room,this made it an uncomfortable encounter. A variety on the menu is needed we stayed for five days it can get boring eating the same thing over and over. The pool should be heated it was freezing especially because we went for the trip in winter.

Cannot fault this awesome accommodation. Check-in was superb and super easy. It is a wonderfully warm and comfortable room with a beautiful vibe to the entire accommodation. There is a pool for those hot days. Location is really close to the Numbi gate of Kruger, and close to supermarkets to be able to get snacks and food on the way into Kruger. The 3 course dinner was incredible value along with the really nice breakfasts. Would happily stay again!

The lock on the door was a little hard to use, however this was such a minor thing. Honestly no other negatives the entire time!

It was very accessible to Krugar National Park and the Panorama Route! The staff was extremely friendly and the units were clean and comfortable. The water pressure was good comes out nice and hot after waiting a min or 2. Breakfast was a nice perk.

The gates close pretty early so if you’re coming from a night adventure, you have to call the local number to let you in. (Resulting in international fees) Maybe there needs to be some sort of tap card for entering the gate after hours.

We had been given a larger chalet than our original booking so we didn't receive what we saw as advertised, but due to it being larger, we kept it even though much older. Staff was very accommodating, and my husband hurt his back and they even gave us a chair from the diner to help him. The cleaners took special instructions to get new sheets as when we arrived, the ones on were stuffy. Enjoyed the food and views.

The Safari Tour arranged by lodge was so rushed by the driver. We never did any other activities through them. I know it's outsourced, but that is still the lodges responsibility to ensure guests get a great experience. He thought we didn't understand his language, and he ignored sightings we truly wanted to see that was being sent to him on his phone.

Staff were brilliant. The Lodge have their own safari vehiles and guides. . Chadrack our guide was amazing. helping with my granddaughter and her wheelchair. He was very informative telling us all about the animals. The food in the restaurant was good and the main lodge was lovely. Our room was adequate. Beds were comfy. Everywhere was very clean. Close enough to Hazyview which had a great Mall. We had a hire car to get around in.

Accessible features for a wheelchair user could be better. There are no ramps. Walkways are narrow in places. The room was on the flat and the door wide enough for a wheelchair but once inside there were no disabled facilities.

We originally booked for two ppl, which was a tent ⛺, only when we got there to our surprise 🫢 it was a such a tiny tent that basically one person can fit communal bathroom, highly disappointing and lost for words, praises to the receptionist she saw our disappointing faces and suggested we move to the more luxurious 🎪 that offers a huge double bed, with a complete bathroom and shower 🚿, thankyou receptionist, otherwise we would have Def slept in our car rather than the one man tent ...... Would not even recommend it to my enemy, horrible.... The staff at Kruger adventure your hospitality, kindness and so many ,to each and everyone of you you are AMAZING💯💯💯💯💯

Best value for money.The reception lady very helpful and cheerful. The safari tour guide,Alec was the best and he knows a great deal about animals and he is very patient,understanding his clientele big up💙 Loved the dinner portions and overall dinner was the best meal...

I wish they had more towels in the room. The safari tour breakfast was good, but they can improve.For myself I didn't like the bread...
