The peace and quiet

The unit had very uncomfortable couches so sitting in the lounge was uncomfortable..would really suggest that the couches be replaced.

Great location within the estate. Very nice property and pool. Big rooms.

The aircons were problematic. The one in the main bedroom did not work. Maintenance looked at it but only gassed it so by the time the evening came, it did not work again. The leak was only fixed on day 3 so it made for 2 very uncomfortable nights. The aircon in the second bedroom also ran out of gas and needed to be serviced during our stay. The third bedroom had a leak through the thatch which was also problematic as there were very big storms.

That's not the first time for visiting this lodge, this time we are staying at house 308, the services, houses, location are all excellent, and as usual the lamb curry, eisbein are what we expected. Air-conditioning are all working so nice, facilities are all what we need, swimming pool is amazing, only water a bit cold, but not the big issue at all. Beds and all comfy, the pillows are little bit soft for us, it's only personally speaking, different people different feeling, u know. We like everything and the staffs are all helpful. Thanks 😊

Only very small thing, we found some small bugs on the bag at one of the room, I guess the Lapa needs more clean, be honest that's not very big problem.

The location is so convenient to the Game Park and to the local shops. The house was perfect with everything we needed. We had privacy yet the garden and space was lovely. We walked the perimeter and the grounds were spectacular - even a hippo to spot! The staff were warm and welcoming! We’d definitely stay again.

We had a minor double payment issue, but it was quickly rectified! Unfortunately though, the exchange rate doesn’t match going out as it does going back in, so we are a little out of pocket, but never mind.

Grounds are well kept, restaurant's good and it's only 10km's from Kruger's Phabeni gate. Also, the two malls are in close proximity and has most of what one could need.

Unit has only 1x frying pan and it's bent and buckled...basically un-useable! Surely cooking utensils should be up to date and useable, not everyone eats out three times a day!! Also, livings room carpet and furniture hasn't seen a proper cleaning in years, that's a letdown.

The KPL restaurant worst food and experience from Solomon the manager mistreated us despite us complaining about food h had no remorse or whatsoever all h cared about is the money we giving the stupid restaurant. I picked up that h also abuses his staff they all scared of him.

We enjoyed our unit, there was a river flowing past, and the sounds were soothing. The place is clean. There's privacy between the units. We enjoyed our stay very much. Animals roam around, it's amazing. I also enjoyed having the main bedroom downstairs and the 2 kids rooms upstairs far from us. The unit is cleaned daily, which is needed when you're on holiday. The last thing you want is house chores. They also have Game drive tours to the Kruger National Park.

The water in the swimming pool was too warm for the summer heat. The aircon in the main bedroom was not working, we had to use the fan above the bed.

We liked everything about our stay, the place is clean and cozy the view is amazing

The fact that we couldnt play music, The reception for us was too far

Location is perfect, close to the Kruger National Park and all the shops are within a close proximity. The whole setting was very relaxing and our chalet was very spacious with a full kitchen and clean at all times we were there. The restaurant food was also awesome.

The restaurant is the best we have EVER experienced - the chef and Restaurant manager has outdone themselves - all the food and service at the restaurant was amazing - staff at the park were all friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully well maintained.

At the chalets closer to the entry gate, you can hear the music of the villages nearby and the traffic is noisy as Hazyview has expanded so much). Other chalets further away are beautiful and peaceful. The park can look at alternatives to loadshedding, not much in the chalet to help when the power is off
