The place was very clean, has wifi and breakfast. The TV was working.Staff was very nice, the swimming pool was super clean.They have a hair dryer and a bar fridge.It was a breadth of fresh air. I wish I had enough time to go to the spar.oaw hey the breakfast had variety of stuff from cereals...I really enjoyed the food.There's air conditioners and a fan in the room aswell.They also have a bar

The swimming pool was very deep for the kids, if you didn't bring any swimming wheel you'd expirience a problem, needs parent supervision when swimming.The place is an hour and so away from Mbombela CBD.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our four nights stay was very enjoyable. The room was spacious with a comfortable mattress. The staff supplied us with extra blankets and heater due to aircon not working.

We liked everything but if we can make a suggestion is to change the a la carte menu. Not enough choices if you stay for 4 nights so we had to go dine in town.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. Bed comfortable, desk, chair, TV, A/C, Wifi and kettle all worked just fine. Bathroom was fine, shower water pressure good as well. Rooms enclose an open area with pool, bar, restaurant (Wagon Wheel Saloon) and garden area with trees. There is plenty of enclosed parking as well. We had a pretty good dinner and they prepared a hearty and good breakfast box that we were able to take early the next day for our day into KNP.

The vintage outlook of it grabbed our attention. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They even made sure they stayed behind until we've had our dinner. Breakfast buffet was of class and again stuff were ready to serve us in all kind of ways. Pool and bar was on point.

The location pointed out a different close by hotel(Numbi). Instead of left turn, we were instructed by the navigation to continue slightly right towards the gate. The reception sign was small and not lluminating for easy read, where it is situated it not visible enough.

I liked the room inside and outside It was very cozy and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome all the time. They are very helpful. The breakfast was great- The only things it needs are flapjacks and muffins 🤭We really had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful Easter weekend.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff is exceptional. A big thank you to Tracy and Qolisiwe on reception for all their kindness and help! Everything was so clean. Room very comfortable and I like how the rooms are around a courtyard. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because it has a restaurant open for dinner (many places only do breakfast). Meals were excellent. Very good value!

It is on a busy road - although I did not hear road noise.

-They do not have buffet dinner as in breakfast. -A unpleasant smell through the passage from the back ,smelling like the septic tank. -When cleaning they should also use a small broom to sweep the corners that keeps dirt.

Good location, clean, friendly staff

The only thing I can say that the shower in our room was open (no doors) which was a bit strange, the shower is hidden in the corner so it was not an open space but still. The toilet is separate and its closed

The area and ambience was beautiful, breakfast was good too.

There was another group there at the same time and were very noisy, even though they were adults. After complaining, the management could not keep them down too. Also toiletries in the room was not added everyday.
