I booked the room for my mom as my sister had just been admitted into the hospital nearby on emergency. The owner and the staff went the extra mile to ensure my mom was comfortable during this difficult time. The kindness and care they showed my mom is unmatched. The words of encouragement from the owner and the staff were truly appreciated. She really enjoyed the comfortable room and the delicious breakfast. We would highly recommend this establishment.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

The property is in a good location within walking distance of many shops and the Howick falls. The rooms was a spacious twin bed. (There are rooms of different sizes) Beds were comfortable and it is convenient to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Limited coffee tea etc supplied but more available on request. In future we would take beverages to suit our own needs. Shower was a comfortable size and good shower head.

Room decor was good but the room could do with a attention to keeping things well maintained. The breakfast was good but perhaps a little costly for what was provided.

The service was friendly and efficient. The property had a safe, open parking area. The room was spacious with a small kitchenette (appliances: kettle, toaster, microwave, and small refrigerator) The room also had a TV, decoder, and WiFi The beds were very comfortable and had electric blankets.

A few steps with a slightly uneven path lead to the room. This was a little difficult when using a wheeled suitcase and more so if you have physical - ( hip/knee/foot) or visual difficulties.

I liked the room's cleanliness, the comfortable beds, and the fast Wi-Fi. The room also had a nice bathroom and kitchen facilities. The location is also good and the guesthouse is near a garage and other fast-food restaurants.

I tried contacting the guesthouse before my arrival to confirm that I could bring my dog but they did not answer their phone or respond to my messages.

The location is unbeatable, closed to main street , restaurants etc , there is a petrol station just next to the property. The house is cozy and has a little fan to keep cool during summers. Also basic facility to make coffee etc , small dining table to have your food.

The furniture is quite old and some of the fusion covers on chairs outside had a mold on it.

The Host was so friendly I stayed over for a night I wish i could have stayed more nights, the room was clean, comfortable and welcoming, The place was in a right location i could'nt call Uber because it exactly close to the Building i was going to , Thank you so much nutmeg:)

They charge R30.00 for ironing

It is in a central Howick, not too far from the main road but very quiet and peaceful. The property is very secure with a well maintained swimming pool and stately gardens. There is ample parking and the units are extremely well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The price is also very reasonable compared to similar establishments.

Quaint. Quiet. Easy access. Felt quite secure. Well kept landscape. Proficient housekeeping service.

A bit worn out. No air conditioning- therefore quite warm and humid. Very limited space to deal with / store / access luggage (clothes, etc).

I was traveling to howick for an event and there was no electricity at the Venue on the specific day. I contacted Peter and he assisted me , he allowed me to bring my trailer and connect it at his place. Im very grateful for his hospitality and going that extra mile.

Breakfast n/a. The room was large and airy and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. It was spotlessly clean. I would recommend with pleasure.

There was complimentary coffee, sugar and milk powder, but some tea bags would have been nice.
