The very friendly and accommodating hostess. The reception area is of very high standard. Good value for money, good breakfast. Picturesque surroundings and area. Staff very helpful.

The actual bedroom lets the place down. No bedside lamps as shown on photo. No soap (only empty soap dispenser bottle) in bathroom. No curtain on bathroom window which has clear glass. Basic furnishings. If they could have the same standard of furnishings / decor as per reception and dining area, it would really raise the whole overall quality of the Inn.

Very clean. Staff Very friendly and helpful. Helping out with the bags. Breakfast was excellent and always served on time. Pool was always clean. Please if you think visiting Pietermaritzburg Hidden In is your place to stay and it's very safe

Everything was perfect

A delicious, well cooked breakfast, served at 06h30, as requested, and delivered to the room. Could have included a fruit juice or yoghurt as a starter, but the quality of the cooking made up for it.

Needed soap in the bathroom, and perhaps a stool or more hooks for clothes while showering. Also, needs a shower rack for soap etc in the shower.... i had to put the soap (kindly brought by Vivienne on request) on the floor of the shower while showering. The towels were a bit worn and thin, but were very clean.

Vivienne went out of her way to make our stay comfortable....nothing was too much trouble, She even made us a delicious sauce to go with our meal. She also helped us out by going to the shop to buy us some much needed ice. I would definitely recommend staying at Hidden Inn. Thanks for your hospitality Vivienne !

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious. I definitely will be returning for a longer stay since the weather was bad and we couldn't enjoy the pool but the view was beautiful.

Room was quite spacious. Breakfast was quite tasty and filling.

Location was rather too remote. Needed to windows closed due to presence of monkeys.

It was a great stay, I had the whole property to myself. Very clean and the lady was so friendly all the way through my stay. She made sure I was happy with everything.
