Bed was exceptionally comfortable with very clean sheets. The cleanliness of the place was my favorite thing. Spacious room, clean towels, I didn't eat because of time constraints, but the food smelled great. Also very easily accessible. Friendly staff. Definitely will come again.

The number on the site isn't updated, I panicked a little because I was lost at first. So please update the number. The only complaint I have has to be the annoying noise the wooden floor makes when you walk. But again, that's not like it can be changed tomorrow. But maybe overtime.

1. The location was closer to the Campus since I was taking my daughter to start her tertiary life there 2. Their breakfast was nice

There are a few things that can be improved on: 1. Cushions on bed were not clean 2. Toilet leaked the whole time we were there. 3. Bathroom window didn't close properly 4. Shower height not too practical to shower comfortably even for myself who is not tall

In the morning there was power failure, which caused water cut-off, and which seemed to have affected only the property. This happened at the time we were taking a shower and the property could not be quick to come up with a solution. Unfortunately we had to leave without having a shower, after waited for over an hour. Our breakfast was not as expected as we couldn't sit down for it, all because of the inconvenience experienced.

Breakfast was good but needs to be changed for people staying more than 2 days. You cant have 1 type of breakfast for 6 days that we stayed there. There must be options for variety.

One of the ladies there is someone not friendly working with customers. She needs some motivation and talks to be friendly, do her work with a smile.

No deposit or notice for cancellation required. I was able to reserve the same room for one more night upon my arrival, but had no problem cancelling the reservation the next morning when it became apparent that I did not need it anymore.

Hot water is a problem. Rather wait a while to see if water comes out of the tap and then wait some more if it's not hot water. Had an ice cold shower when temps were low due to snow in the area.

The property is great and they went out of their way to ensure we checked in and out smoothly. We arranged for a late check in as we were travelling from far and arrived at the property at 1am and there was no hassle in accessing the property and being shown to our room. Thank you to the staff for all they help in making our stay comfortable and for the amazing breakfast

Clean and comfortable and close to all shops..the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good…

Parking could be come chaotic but we arrived back at the guest house in evening and could get a good parking spot but late travellers could have a problem

The room was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and on time. Check in and check out was seamless.

The parking is a bit tight. The plumbing needs a bit of attention. There was only one cup of coffee each available in the room. There is no on-site option of buying cooldrinks or bottled water.

I liked the room and the whole place . It's is clean and comfortable as nothing on this earth bandla. Nontobeko was helpful in things that we required. Despite the stage of loadshedding being at stage 5 we loved our stay.

There was nothing much just that we were given an option to choose the type of breakfast and come morning we discovered that one of the options was unavailable. When our breakfast arrived we waited to no avail for bread. In my room I assume it was an accident filter coffee was placed instead of instant coffee. But I just think these things were minor in comparison to the great service we received from Tancredi.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. Staff welcomed us with opened arms and were helpful to accomodate an extra person with us. The rooms are neat and safe. Wifi connection is stable. Rooms are neat and clean.

The aircon in one of the bedrooms didnt work.
