The room space was big enough to accommodate three of us. We even had one bed empty.

The breakfast waiting was not giving. We were supposed to get cereals and coffee ready and wait for English breakfast, but no we had to wait for both and they were taking orders per table and we had to wait for the first one to be served. That arrangement is not good at all. It is frustrating to wait for breakfast, whereas we are running out of time budgeted......The other thing is the cold milk served in this winter. At least the cold and hot milk should be served for one to choose. The eggs were a little bit burned .

The location is nearby a liquor store and corner of the street. I arrived around 11:30pm and it was quiet but the vehicle noise in the morning was noticeable

I really liked the King suite and the king sized bed. It was amazing stay! The room was so spacious and beautiful. I ended up staying 3 nights in total because of it was so comfortable. Mostly I was the only guest in the whole hotel. The owner of hotel is super friendly and gave me good tips where to go in SA. Also the hotel bar is good place to make friends and hang out, many locals come to drink there.

The sheeben downstairs is a big turn off, the reception smelled of alcohol. Totally not a good site when travelling with kids

Preferred last room with 2 beds in separate room. Bathroom had no place to hang anything. All good

The location is not ideal as it is in downtown slump area. But the hotel itself is pretty okay with a nice bar. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The area... Looks doggy with people sleeping all over the place on the street...

Staff were not kind some other guy shouted at us during our arrival because we were stucked the parking was full and no was was helping us to find parking and there was no receptionist in the reception , I had to make a call when I arrived at reception.

There were no hangers in the wardrobes. There is lots of noise from those drinking and having fun at the bar.

The rooms are big and their beds, free WIFI and Netflix. They also accomodate walk ins.

Limited free breakfast, only eggs, bacon and tomato with toast. I didn't like the noise, our room was on the main road, cars noise and from the bar. I also didn't like the carpet on the rooms.

Good generous breakfast was provided with a couple of choices. Vehicle security was good. Staff is always very attentive.

Ice machine was broken in the morning.
