The room was spacious and I was able to navigate easily. The receptionist was a good host and was able to assist me when I had a problem while I was checking in. The place is also very secured.

The bedding had stains on it, from the pillows to the sheet. I do not know if they had washed it before putting on the bed or they had not changed it at all.

The staff is super friendly, and they know how to treat clients in an appropriate manner. The responsibility of the room to be sparkling clean was for one of your professional cleaners, Lungi. She’s perfect.

The property is much close to the grove spot, which makes it difficult to sleep. When load shedding hits, generators are turned on within a walking area, in front of the room doors. This also create so much noise, I so wish that you could find a separate/perfect place for generators.

Very neat and spacious. There is a fridge, microwave, stove and kitchen utensils to cook in the room. The hotel is in a busy area, could hear people talking from the street early morning and that was a disturbance but I won’t blame the hotel just an FYI

The room was tidy & the staff was professional & friendly.

*Was mostly irritated and annoyed about the siren that continuously rang from 06:45am- just after 07:00am on Friday 29th Sept. *Sound proof walls would be beneficial, it was uncomfortable to hear the TV and the conversations from the other room.

Inside it's very nice. Rooms are decent, fresh cotton bedding, clean bathroom, comfy beds!

The location! And some of the other guests were extremely noisy in the middle of the night (not the hotel's fault).

It was clean, spacious and neat. There's aircon and balcony, wifi and TV you don't get bored.

The walls needs to be maintained, there are dirty and cracky spots. Bathroom door can only close if you're inside the bathroom. Towels are a bit old

the service was great from my first hello. there was a bit of noise in the room next to mine and that is where i made good company. all in all I thank the Bayside personnel profusely for keeping the place so welcoming

everything was exceptional. i have no complaints at all, and should i come back to pmb again Bayside would be my first choice.

Good hotel, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast. Good value for money.

The room was not squiky clean,for me. There was hair on the floor and in the shower.

It was spacious and quite ❤️

There were cracks on the wall and holes which were repaired by brown something which clearly showed that there’s a problem.
