I would have rated 10/10 if I had found that the linen was the same as the one seen online. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. So whoever books must call or write down the specifications they need otherwise they might be disappointed. Otherwise, our stay was very good :-)

The quietness of the area and cleanliness of the guesthouse. And the breakfast was awesome.

Nothing to be honest just that our neighbors at the guesthouse were noisy which affected our sleep.

I liked how professional was your staff. I booked online, but when I get there I realized that it is far from Invesco where I was attending the workshop. I asked from the staff to change me to The inn by Ilawu. Your professional staff done that for me without even complaining. I enjoyed breakfast, my privacy and the place was quiet enough since I was studying at night, there was no distraction. The lady's that were serving food were friendly and professional, and the staff from reception. I can't complain, m happy. But I was sleeping at The In by Ilawu.

What more can i say. Firstly the staff was very friendly and listened to us. the place clean and always had everything. breakfast where do i start. the early morning aromor of freshly backed muffins and bacon and eggs on the go really made for a good wake up. all in all i would go back again and again. thank you to the staff front desk clearners waiters chefs for everything

Excellent breakfast , wide good range of options. I think the toppings for the Omlet however needs to be free/open ended. It is never a good thing to limit guests on what they would want to eat. You can also consider making available replacement options on your english breakfast...for those who do not take pork, instead of it being a default to Zulu Breakfast or Omlet. However, all in all the breafast is great and the portions are reasonable. Keep it up.

So far soo good. Few things to improve include: -Consideer installing power-back up inverter on the premises. Jus one 8kv and a Lithium Battery (Dyness, Pylontech or similar range) to ensure that there is consistent power during loadshedding times. One battery can power the entire area on key gadgets for more than 10 hrs. It is an embrassment for a facility of that level to be off, in times of loadshedding. -The etv was not playing properly, not sure what can be done about the network I would also encourage you to train staff regularly on things like customer care, problem solving, business etiquette etc so that they continue to improve their professionalism and hospitality skills. 1. The staff members were very professional. 2. The room was well prepared with all that was needed in a room. 3. The breakfast was excellent.

There is a toilet at the back, the floor need serious attention as it is a health risk, my advice not to show it to your guest before you renovate the floor.

Everything was on point. Friendly ladies at reception. Easy to find (location) Very safe area. Peaceful and quiet. Very lovely and clean pool. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Forgot my jumpsuit by the pool, 2 days later I called them and it was in the lost and found items.

Had my breakfast with at 9am so there were no glasses, side plate at breakfast - had to ask for it but it was quickly brought to me. They also need to clean the tables soon as other guests have finished and left.

Courtesy of the staff that let us in before check in time to dine at the patio while finishing cleaning our room.They even keept our language safe while waiting.The room had everything we need like fridge,microwave, kettle with tea and coffee provided,iron and ironing board.The place was quite and secured. Nice breakfast.

The price is reasonable including a nice breakfast. The staff was able to accommodate us with breakfast packs as we had to leave early for our ladies spar race.

I was a bit concerned about the space of the shower door that is too close to the hand basin. It may pose a challenge to a person that is a bit stout
