We've done a fair amount of travelling - Gail is the most welcoming and accommodating host I have come across. She made our stay super welcoming and comfy. The location was absolutely ideal being 5-7 min away from St Charles College in a safe suburb of Pietermaritzburg. You can't go wrong with Hamilton's!!

Gail was just an awesome host. Super friendly and made sure to have everything I need sorted. Charger? - let's open up a box and choose what goes for you!! She even offered to drive with me to get food as I got there in the evening. So gracious, so kind! The place is clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Absolutely no complaints from my end!

We had a brief but extremely pleasant stay here. Gayle is warm and friendly, and she made us feel at home. We also walked to the nearby shopping center to pick up a few supplies. This is a lovely accommodation option -- highly recommended.

The night of our stay there was a heavy storm. It would have been nice to go someplace very close by for dinner. But the restaurant recommended by our hostess, although not close, was excellent.

This accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The property is conveniently located, clean, cozy and well run. The hosts were attentive and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We are eager to come back and to recommend to family and friends!

Fantastic location, welcoming and brilliant service throughout. The team couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Rooms were comfy and had everything I needed. Breakfast was amazing. Will be back when I'm next in the area.

Very friendly and accommodating when I checked in late. Host was easy to contact and explain my situation. The room was great easily accessible, clean and comfortable, and very close to the restaurants, just what I needed for a let check-in.

All my expectations were met

The room was large and lovely, so comfortable with a beautiful verandah. The hostess was extremely helpful and accommodating and we loved our stay. Bathroom was perfect and everything was cleaned regularly, nice fridge in room.

I liked the general atmosphere of the place. The rooms were beautiful. The bathrooms seemed newly renovated and they were clean and beautiful. The neighbourhood was safe as well. Our host Gail was very friendly and welcoming and made an amazing breakfast for us. Overall great experience.

Hosptality of Gale and her staff was exceptional. Making us breakfast rolls when we left early for cricket games. Felt like home.

Gail is an exceptional host - warm and friendly. She even provided me with supper the one evening, which was a very pleasant surprise. She made breakfast as per request.

My only gripe was the plug points. I had to unplug the bedside lights and kettle to plug in the laptop and cellphone charger. It might be worthwhile looking into putting in an additional plug with box, perhaps next to that plug, so that guests are not inconvenienced. I know its a minor gripe, but please consider it.
