The place is so clean and neat. Love the special touches with personalised water, soaps, etc. The shower was so nice and spacious. Bathroom was so neat. Cupboards are spacious and even the floors were spotless. It was much better than I anticipated for the price.

The rooms are not as private as I thought we could hear other people taking. Please also include a remote on the keys,we didn't like to disturb you at night. Perhaps also give guests wifi password when we check in. We forgot to ask and only realised when we needed it.

The lady that checked us in, was so unprofessional she never even introduced herself, never showed us the place we had to find everything our own way. We kept asking at reception even for minor things like glasses and spoons, and for the gate to be opened for us since we wanted to take a walk but the nice guy there gave us the remote something that should've been done by the person who handed us with the key for the room. The staff need to greet more you cannot pass more than one person and not greet it like they all not used to it, if you have guests you must make an effort of greeting and asking how is thier stay so far no good morning no nothing when they seeing you, try to be more welcoming.

I don't even know where to begin. On the first occasion, when my mom was sick, the owner of the lodge dropped everything and quickly rushed her off to the nearest hospital. He was extremely patient and supportive throughout the experience. Victor, one of the managers of the hospital always checked on us to see if everything was going well. During our time at the lodge ( before and after the hospital), we received excellent service from the staff which ranged from superb cleanliness to the mouthwatering breakfast they offered. I never ever felt unsafe or stressed while at the lodge. I really have ZERO compliants. They are a wonderful group of people and I would recommend them tenfold. I can't wait to visit again because they have now become my family.

Lovely place and great value for the price I paid. Its in a good location for a person not familiar with PMB, not far from shops and the staff was wonderful. I also love the outside area, great for taking pictures. Ample parking and you get a gate remote which is great.

The rooms inside the house can be noisy but no fault of the guest house, some people are inconsiderate of other people.

There's spacious covered parking, a lovely pool, tv's in the room with a beautiful garden. The host is wonderful and the house itself a hidden gem. We had soft, comfortable beds, steaming water and a easy check in and out process.

We bumped into a wedding a few blocks away which caused quite a road blockage on the day of our stay and the people who rented out the room next to us were very loud, fortunately this was just our luck and we were overall very satisfied with the host and accommodation. The host went to ask the people next door to quite down at 10pm without us having to ask or contact him so overall it was immaculate service.

Beautiful clean and located in a lovely area very peaceful and Safe. Undercover parking. Pool was absolutely clean and sparkly. Room was also very neat and decent.

I booked for a private entrance to our room with pool views but I didn't get that. Not sure what happened. Also the water wasn't too hot.. had a lukewarm to cold shower. Room didn't have no adaptors..

It was the second time visiting the place, that alone says a lot

When I had to leave, there was a car parked behind my car because the owner had nowhere to park. So I had to wait for the owner to come to the car and ask her to kindly move so that I could leave. Please extend the parking lot

It is absolutely beautiful. The room and bathroom are fabulous. They have air conditioner and ventilator in the bathroom. The pool is awesome, warm at night and super clean. We went for a swim and it was cold and drizzling. Definitely our to go place from now on. Location is convenient and easy to find. Host is super friendly and goes all out.

The room was cleaned daily and the bedding was changed daily . The staff were friendly and gave amazing hospitable servcie.

The noise from the other tenants , understandably it was New years eve.

The hosts were the kindest people I've ever met. From the time we spoke for the first time until we checked out, they assured us we can ask them for anything. When we were looking for a place to have breakfast, they asked us to follow them so they can show us a restaurant.
