We stayed just for one night, for my son participating in the Midmar Mile swimming event. 4-star hotel, easy access to the highway. The room is well appointed. The breakfast selection was good. The use of underground parking is appreciated. The aircon works well.

Only one bottled water; the decor is a bit dated; the TV does not have YouTube and Netflix built in. The twin room was not set up on arrival.

I was there for business, not for gambling or for entertainment. The hotel is really nice and separate from the gabling area in the sense that you do not hear the sounds of the people or the gambling area, at least from where my room was based. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great and the room service was also very good, think that the variety's on the room service should be increased to what is served in the restaurant.

I was there for business, the hotel met all my needs, the only thing that I did not like is that my room smelled like smoke, I am a smoke myself, and the rooms are non-smoking, and I had to walk quite a distance to go and smoke, obviously someone that stayed there before me, smoked in the suite, hope it was addressed.

Breakfast was very good. would stay ay the place again when visiting Maritsburg.

On arrival the mis communication between Booking.com and the Property, we spent more than an hour fighting to get the rooms we booked for with the property saying they can't see our booking even after giving them all the proof that our booking was confirmed. I think its something Booking.com and the property must attend to.

Breakfast was good, However I was not feeling too well but was informed that as per procedure (which I totally understand) cannot be delivered to my room, if it was a further a payment of R200 or so would have to be made even though breakfast was included in the amount that I had paid to stay, so I had to go down to breakfast exposing others to my flu - this being my only issue

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathroom had a bath and shower.

The breakfast restaurant was really busy, we were not assisted with drinks and had to enquire is it self service or are we assisted with drinks. Breakfast should be in a much more relaxed environment rather than a busy and cramped area.

Yoooo our room, was too beautiful, the foyer, the carpets wow, clean, fast and quick lifts, the lighting in the wardrobe, the cuietest little fridge in the room.

The dinning area for our breakfast, is not as what the hotel is offering, we experience different environment all together, the standard is too low, it's like a tearoom nje, even the variety of food was not on point. It's not the standard of a 4star.

Lovely breakfast, nice variety of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.

There is very little to complain about. The stay was only overnight. Having said that, it reached my expectations and more. I would definitely use the place again.

Room was clean and had all the necessities for our stay. Bed very comfy. Staff was friendly and very helpful . Breakfast was good, variety of foods, loved the fact that we could have breakfast at 6.30am as we had an early conference session. Very pleasant stay.

Rooms were a bit small - but that cannot be altered.

I didn't like the fact when I went to breakfast the fish fingers were in the same Shafer as the chicken Sausages since I am allergic to sea food I could not have then so I asked the server y there where in the same Shafer they said they don't know also but

the staff at reception was so amazing, they knew it was my husband's birthday and sent cake up to the room wich is a memory we will treasure forever. Thank you all! The cleaning staff was so friendly. The restourant staff was so helpfull and treat us like royalty at breakfast. Everything was top notch! Ita gonna be an annual trip.

Nothing
