Being a Vegetarian, Chef Kim and the kitchen staff services exceeded my expectations they made my breakfast special. Due to the bad rainy weather conditions I had a very late check-in and the kitchen was about to close for the evening, the kitchen staff were very accommodating and made me a quick vegetarian dinner that exceeded my expectations. Fresh fruit supplied by a local supplier was of excellent quality, nicely sliced watermelon, blueberries, strawberries, grapefruit, naartjie and nectarine. Daily freshly baked croissant to indulge with either butter, cheese or jam. Fresh yogurt accompanied with either fresh fruit or various cereals. There is an ironing room to iron your clothes, inside the ironing room there is fridge to keep your juice or water and a microwave to warm your take away food.

A few of the parking spots have Big Trees in front them which made it difficult to park your vehicle.

The location of the Inn is good. The Inn is clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Safe parking on premises a definite bonus.

Perhaps a better ventilation system in the main lounge area. There is no 'cut off' for guests, for loud music/screaming/loud TV, kids playing in the corridors till in to midnight, and playing from the early morning in the corridors, from as early as 5am. We had other guests trying to enter our room 01:30AM. An honest mistake, if it was dark, but the corridors are well lit up.

Mostly the staff. Extremely professional, friendly and welcoming from security to gardening to chef to management.

The bed was quite hard and room smaller than expected. Aircon was not cold enough and on booking .com listing said DSTV but that was not the case.

Access to the hotel is not very friendly from the opposite side of the road. And also didn't like that we couldn't swim but the staff did explain that the pool is not ready yet. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay

Professionalism of the staff.

Uncovered parking bays during this time of climate change where clients can experience or suffer serious damages as a result of hail caused by the storms. I recommend that you start with a net cover.lnn

The cleanliness, customer service and the surrounding area. It was very peaceful.

The Furniture, if they can renovate/redesign the hotel and change the furniture. Even the doors could not open properly.

Good value for money. Had all the basics needed. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Access to the ironing room 24/7. Good location shopping centre just down the road. Good room and bathroom size. For the price paid it was more than sufficient. Friendly and welcoming staff. Must make mention of Tanya who helped us to fit all our bags and a big wedding gift box in the car boot which took a bit of tetris skills!

Fridge wasn't working. Would be nice if the informed upon check in so we wouldn't bring anything in that needed to be refrigerated. Pillows are a bit hard and all are the same. At least one option for a spare soft pillow would be nice. But again these are small things that can be attended to and the overall experience was still very well worth the amount paid.

The staff was exceptionally helpful.

The location does not feel safe. The confusion with The Inn Hotel GoogleMaps pin is not helpful. Together with another guest we were lost to The Inn Hotel where I ended up paying them and losing money.

Clean and decent value for money

It would have been nice to have a cfe or coffee room to buy snacks or food . Brekfast only served at 7 am. No facilities during the day.

The cleaness of the room, the friendly staff and safety measures. Location perfect.

There is no smoking area allocated, and the direction boards could be updated a bit along commercial street, coming in from the south.
