We had overall an excellent stay. Room was comfortable and breakfast excellent. The lounge and bar area is lovely. Same with outdoor courtyard area.

Our only critique was the check-in experience: we had requested in advance an earlier check-in and told it shouldn't be a problem. However on arrival, the reservationist was not willing to check if our room was available (1pm) as it's strictly 2pm check-in he said. He seemed to not be able to find our booking on his system although everything already paid and confirmed with booking.com. He then wanted my phone to scroll through my booking confirmation, and strangely proceeded to walk off with my phone into an office to speak to someone there. I must say I didn't enjoy this and have never experienced such before at other hotels. He was not apologetic, rather rude. We then left the property and only checked in the evening.

Very pleasant staff. Room was very well suited for its purpose - clean, comfortable. Bar and restaurant were very good. Sufficient parking. Good proximity to the N3 highway and central Hilton.

Cell reception at the property is awful - this seemed strange due to its proximity to the N3. Usually that corridor has very good connectivity. Room was not 100%: 1) toilet extractor was not working - which was understandably quite unpleasant. 2)Room safe was not bolted into the wall - could be removed easily. 3)Curtains were very light - no block out option available.

All the stuff are friendly including the waiters from the restaurant they are so welcoming. I forgot my cellphone and they managed to get it from me and put it in a safe place. Everything went well .

One thing I don’t like is water in our rooms, first day 1 bottle of water but following days no water you have to ask or buy your own. Water is everything and water is life, this is the second time this happening . Also the hotel when check in must declare what is and not working in the rooms example if air corn doesn’t work notify us from the start .

The Hotel's interior is beautiful. The gym is great and the restaurant and bar is lovely. We loved that you could chose your own type of pillow.

The hotel is a corporate place, so welcoming. Eager to help staff/hosts is not something we experienced here. Our aircon did not work, so we moved to a new room where the aircon also did not work. The toilet had no window and the ventilator barely works. There is not even toilet spray.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were amazing and the service levels excellent.

Weirdly the breakfast's were amazing but the restaurant food for lunch/dinner was awful. Maybe the expectations were high in the context of the rest of the hotel, but I would have a look at the chef's skills a little closer if I was management

i like how it felt like a hidden Gem. the rooms were perfect, with air-conditioning. the staff helped a lot. and the kitchen closes late which allowed my family to atleast eat after coming back from a long day.

the over night staff seem to not know what they were doing. i asked for an iron and they gave me one with a burnt marks on it which stained my clothes when i tried to iron with it.

The hotel is very nicely decorated and with lots of comfortable areas to relax in both inside and out. The room was great and the cleaner. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is a very nice place to return after a busy day out.

We tried to order from the A La Carte Menu and on two occasions were given avocados that had gone black in lots of areas. This was not impressive for a four star hotel. We complained on the second occasion as it looked terrible and were given a refund for that course.

A wonderful place for the family to go for a holiday. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Friendly staff, tasty food, tranquil setting, clean and comfortable rooms .

Lacks adequate facilities to keep the younger ones occupied for a sufficient period of time. Some parts of the establishment need renovations to keep up with the times .

Breakfast had nice arrays of food, Everything was fresh. Easy to find the hotel. Beautiful place! Kept the classical charm of the era! Frontline staff were very welcoming and our book-in was a breeze. The room was fresh and clean. Staff were good, kind and friendly.

The shower head does not cater for ladies who don’t want their hair to get wet. Not even a shower cap would work under a fixed ceiling shower head. The water temperature was inconsistent as it was difficult to get the right water temperature. I could not use the bath as the water just drizzled out the tap, not even a cupful of water.
