The location is great. The apartments are nearest to facilities like Kyalami Race Track, Mall of Africa, and Kyalami Corner. Seamless check-in process, with prompt communication from management - the use of WhatsApp, in addition to the usual email and booking.com site, was a welcome improvement. The apartment was clean and is exactly as depicted in the pictures shown. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. There is security to ensure safety and control movement within the premises. Overall, the place offered great value for money, and we had a pleasant stay.

It seems the usual packed snacks (fruit, yoghurt, juice etc), are no longer provided. These were quite a nice touch 👌 . Please consider bringing them back. Otherwise, everything else was great.

What the hosts promised from the pictures was exactly what we got. The check-in process was seamless. Loved the treats we got too. That was a great touch! Loved how comfy the bed was, we went for the rest and we rested well! And the convenience of having mall of Africa 5min away helped a lot. Thank you so much for being great hosts.

If I have to say, I’d just say that the couch was not too comfy. Me and my partner wanted to lounge on the couch with a blanket, and watch a movie but we struggled. It’s not a comfy couch. But we made it work so it didn’t ruin our stay for us. We loved the place. We will definitely come back.

Kyalami Creek exceeded all my expectations and is now my top choice for work trips to Johannesburg. As a woman traveling alone, safety and comfort are paramount, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. The property was immaculate, and every amenity I could possibly need or want was readily available. The host at reception was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries I had. This personal touch made my stay even more enjoyable. A bonus was the little snack basket waiting for me at arrival! Thank you, Kyalami Creek, for providing such a lovely and safe environment. I look forward to returning on my future visits to Johannesburg!

The ease in signing in and collecting the keys. Communication before, during and after the stay, ensuring i know what to do, where to go in terms of anything relating to my stay. What amazed me, is the process they implemented when you have a delivery, that for me was the it. Definitely coming back, the place is amazing and very clean. It is very peaceful, i expected to hear noise since it was a busy long weekend, but it was very quite, exactly the peace we needed.

Absolutely everything! It was really beautiful and lovely. Nothing lacked. Communication was prompt and we were allowed to check out later, getting the key was easy, unit was clean, beds comfortable and decor beautiful. Everything we could possibly need we found in the unit. Really stunning accommodation.

The only thing was a female security guard who didn't want to let one of our food deliveries in because she wasn't supposed to apparently. However, food deliveries were quite common in the estate. It wasn't our first time ordering in, and there was a delivery made for someone else right before she refused our delivery. It was eventually allowed. It could have been an isolated occurrence, and one can not penalise the accommodation for it. I would return to Kyalami Creek any day.

The place was great, close to Mall of Africa and Kyalami Corner. Very modern kitchen and bathroom and it even had an aircon, swimming pool and mini gym in the complex. There was a nice surprise gift when I arrived, rusks and some other nice treats. Check in was simple and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The service from reception right through to housekeeping was exceptional. The apartment was as indicated in the pictures. The bathroom was spacious. The security available gave great comfort. The location was perfect, near all the necessary facilities - Kyalami Corner and Mall of Africa. The daily housekeeping and breakfast packs provided were a great touch!

This was a self-catering apartment so no breakfast was provided however, we got a very nice welcome basket that we could use for breakfast. The receptionist made us feel very welcome, she was very reliable and provided all that we asked for speedily. I would go back again just because of the impeccable service she gave us.

Although the place was clean the curtains need a wash just to eliminate any doubt about the overall cleanliness of the place.

This time around I came with a friend and it was nice to see her excitement and appreciation of the place. She also looved the breakfast hamper. Kyalami is always clean, secure and homely. This time around I was impressed by the provision of the security code for letting yourself in for check in and for any of your guests if need be. Quite convenient.

The rooms were clean and bathrooms very hygienic. The staff went the extra mile to assist. Safety and security was excellent. Warm hospitality...we were welcomed with a yummy hamper of goodies 😍

Everything was super...though wish the apartment had 2 showers instead of 1 shower and 1 bathtub.
