The most staff were very delightful, The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It's quite peaceful and the building seems to be soundproof. We had a wonderful time celebrating my friend's birthday.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The one security guy was very rude, had a bad attitude and treated us off our whole stay from the time we arrived. At first he gave directions in Zulu and I could understand that because it was a oneliner. Then he continued on with a whole paragraph and of how to get to reception with very deep Zulu. I had to tell him "sorry sir, I actually don't understand what you have just said, my Zulu is not that good". He asked what language I spoke, I told him South Sotho or English. He very rudely told me, he doesn't know English either and continued to give us in English anyway. Everytime I needed to ask something which was at night unfortunately, I had to ask him and he continued with his rude behavior. That was very unpleasant.

Room was very spaciously, very clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast good, although we need to ask for plates the first morning, also the juice was empty and the place was not been clean up after other guest left so we had to share a table with other people that was also not up to standard but the food were very good.

The TV was not up to standard, we struggle a lot. I also feel they could let us know up front that we need to climb stairs to the 3rd floor, not ideal for us as we are over 60. The door let light in from the hallway (all around) and also the blinds, the bigger towels would be very very nice. But none of these were unacceptable.

That it was across the Gallagher Conversion Centre and made it easy to travel across the road each day to the Event Hosted by Gallagher.

One of the Rooms aircon was faulty, the Bath Towels were hard and the sheets felt old and worn out.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was better than anticipated and staff were reallu friendly.

Some areas are quite far from others. On the google reviews there is talk of a gym although I didn’t see any signs thereof.

Room was really nice. I loved the corner bath in the room.

There is a shortage of Power Points. None at the work desk and the other desk had the kettle and fridge plugged in. No USB ports for charging phones etc. Since this was for work it would have been nice.

I love the location of the hotel and the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I am yet to have a bad experience at this hotel. I hope they keep up the good work.

The doors are thin and you can hear the people in the walk ways of a night, this I suppose is the only downfall.

Location, size of the room.

The communal microwave which was not clean. I booked 2 rooms for the same price, however the one room was very clean and smelled amazing while the other room was unpleasant. Lack of plates in the room.

It was close to Gallagher Centre which is where we were working and provide easy access to the centre

Our rooms were far from reception and also the receptionist are at times not friendly - i also think the reception desk can be improved to look better.

The rooms are big, the staff all including security are friendly. The most beautiful garden .

The pool is beautiful but could be cleaner but understanding that it's next to trees and plants but it just means to be cleaned every morning.
