I liked that they cleaned the room at the time I made them aware that they can come clean. I didn't have to wake up early. They received my food from Uber eats and brought it to my room.

1. From the 3rd night there was a problem with electricity and there were no emergency lights 2. The fourth night electricity problem was still there, and I was not notified what was actually going on, I had to use my phone torch from the 3rd until the 5th night. 3. The TV was blurry from 1st night till 5th night 4. I paid for my breakfast for 2 but actually I was not sure whether I already paid with booking.com. please let me know if I already paid with you for my breakfast. I did make them aware and they promised to pay me back if I already paid with booking.com 5. The quality of the towel on the 5th day was truly not that kind of accommodation. I had to use my own towel. Not even a cat or dog can be g8ven such towels to use.

I loved everything about the place . Starting from the staff , they were very friendly and welcoming 🤗 . On the 23rd of October, I needed an ATM nearby and the lady at the reception gave me directions to the nearest shopping centre ,made me love the place even more! The room was clean and therapeutic 😌. All in all , ECOTEL MIDRAND is indeed an amazing place.

To be honest, I literally loved everything about the place.

Staff at Ecotel Midrand were very friendly, helpful and kind.

I wasn't given a heater for my first 3 nights. I literally froze. I later asked and the receptionist said I was supposed to ask for it. I think it should be placed in the rooms, because it's very cold.

The pool is clean, the rooms are clean and the lady at reception she's friendly we really enjoy our stay and I will definitely come back ❤️❤️❤️

The braai stand is expensive, I was not happy paying R500 braai stand without charcoal, they refused me to use my own braai stand but to pay R500 for their braai stand please reduce the price

The room was so beautiful,clean and very comfortable 😌 😍 ✨️ it was exceptional 👌 I really enjoyed my stay here at ecotel ..from now on this will be my go to anytime ..like I.think the rooms are underrated on the pics..it is much more beautiful than how it appears on the pictures

The place is easy to locate, it's clean, and the staff i interacted with was super friendly.

The noise outside the pull the guest were uncontrollable I assume it was because of the alcohol though the staff tries to talk to them they kept on making noise my stay was unpleasant because of that.

Property has i nice things buh the shower in room 29 doesn’t have shower tray .

I booked a room that have balcony but when I arrived the lady says they don’t have any room that have balcony in the guest house.

There was no dstv or satalite TV only SABC Channels, and they were not clear, there were no teaspoon and milk for morning coffee.

I like the fact that when i had a complaint it was sorted out immediately, there was no coffee station like on the internet photos so i had to go and buy some. I spoke to management about it and they brought coffee ingredients to both my rooms, and allowed me to use the braai facility free of charge to compensate "this is great service". The rooms and the place outside were nice and clean and very relaxing.

Loadshedding, there was no backup power source 😥

The room was like living in a little cottage. The out side was lovely seeing the pool and the setting

The bathroom basin tap was lose and hot water was slow.
