the room is Clean. the Space in the room is big enough. There is aircon and clean big shower with hot water. Excellent room.

The Restaurant waitress who catered dinner for us on the 17th July and the lady who served breakfast for us on the 18th July was grumpy and silently rude. We don't expect a conversation but a greeting, respectfully offering available menu and what they dont have would have been great. They were moody, and made my elders regret doing both breakfast and dinner.

Only had 2 towels, no water in the room

Bed was made up of two single beds... the joint is uncomfortable... Bathroom sink was installed for very tall people as well as the toulet seat... Bar frigde chord ca not reach the plug from a place where it is supposed to be positioned.... Double plug behind TV is not user friendly or it is abnormal to plug a cattle or iron there... No plugs next to pedestal!!! If the regulations prohibit, that is fine... Signs to the restaurant and bar are not standing out from the recetion area and all the way to the restaurant...

1. Upon arrival we were met by a friendly gentleman who remembered us from a previous stay. He quickly got us checked in. When we asked for an additional chair in the room, we were quickly furnished with one without question.

1. The internet is not stable at all and we had to resort to using our own data to get work done. 2. The bed for some reason felt like it was tilting towards the middle. This can perhaps just be investigated. 3. We brought our own toilet spray from home, which spray got thrown away without the staff enquiring whether they must/can throw it away or not. 4. The security staff at the gate was not very friendly by the time we booked out. 6. Shower floor tiles are a bit slippery and may pose a risk to injury when getting in after another has finished.

The place is clean and quiet, place to relax.

On my arrival the staff member ask me for an ID or drivers license of which i provided a driver's license, A copy of driver's license was made and check in finalized, While I was relaxing in my room, the boy followed me to my room and was asking for my ID, When i asked him why you asking for ID now of which he was unable to provide me with an answer, i told him that you should asked for both the ID and driver's license from the start. What I didn't like was, they acted like they didn't trust me or that my driver's license was fraudulent, If so in future they must ask for ID strictly not any other document that they don't have trust on it.

As a tea lover, I finished my coffee and sugar on the first day and when they come to clean the 2nd day they didn't add anything for tea 🙃 and the sugar and milk was not enough for 2ppl on the 1st day that why It was finished on day 1.......there was also a.smell of sirgaret in the passage while the rules says no smoking in the building

Aircon did not work during loadshedding, making it hote. Also, lack of powerpoints to charge, there only one plug point, do reconsider.

The hotel is very affordable, making it a fantastic option for budget-conscious travelers. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The hotel has some great facilities, including a pool and a well-stocked bar, which made my stay even more relaxing.

The bed could be more comfortable—this was the only drawback to an otherwise pleasant experience.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed comfortable. Reported the sliding door to the bathroom not operating smoothly

There was a lot of movement noise in adjacent rooms and early morning kids that cry and were noisy. The fact that there is no additional power points (Plugs) next or closer to the bed caused that I had to obtain a extension lead to operate my CPAP machine
