Had a short overnight stay because we had to leave @2am.

When we left the reception was empty. At the time we were leaving the Security entered the Main Entrance and told us to leave the Access Door Card Key on the counter, which we find to be risky but we had to leave. TV signal was bad and channels are too limited.

I WAS AMAZED WHEN I ARRIVED HOW BEAUTIFUL AND COZY THE HOTEL IS, THE ROOMS WAS GORGEOUS. I LOVED EVERYTHING.

BUT THE RECEPTIONIST CAN TRY BE MORE FRIENDLIER AND NOT TOO SERIOUS AND LEARN TO INTERACT AND SMILE WITH PEOPLE. SHE WAS NOT SO FRIENDLY I TRIED MAKING CONVERSATION SHE WAS NOT INTERESTED,

LOCATION WAS GREAT VERY CLOSE TO OUR VENUE IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR US

The restaurant Chefs approach when explaining the restaurant and sitting area rules was very harsh, he should have a better way of explaining this to the visitors

The hotel is well located, clean environment. Very spatias rooms.

The room phone was not functioning and the free WiFi was not strong enough whereby it was failing to open simple internet websites everyday and I ended up using my own portable WiFi data.

Great location. Big clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice pool area. Safe and secure. Absolutely value for money. Will definitely book again.

No coffee and tea in the rooms. Bar is understocked.

We appreciated the warm and efficient welcome from the guy at reception. The pool area is beautiful. We liked the clean rooms and especially the clean linen.

There was no coffee and tea in some of the rooms we booked. The bar had very little to no stock.

I didn't had the breakfast there. The front desk consultant told me that I need to pay the breakfast.

The front desk were rude to me. There were no sachets for hot beverages in the morning. The room was dirty. There was no sufficient tissue.

The staff very pleasant and welcoming. They helped me out by giving directions to the nearest a take-away Restaurant.

The knock i received in the morning while preparing to go to work at 07h30 asking for towels.

The place is very peaceful and calm.

Unfortunately our room was booked for 2 people at the same time and therefore someone walked into the room I were occupying but it wasn't a big deal.

I ddnt like that they put each sachet while I have booked for 2 adults. Atleast after one booked, they should consider to put more stuff for tea/coffee. Besides the above, everything is 10/10👌
